Cela se fera par un transfert d&#8217;exploitation de Swissport Finland, qui g\u00e8re actuellement les op\u00e9rations du terminal. Les employ\u00e9s de Swissport Finland, qui travaillent actuellement au terminal Cargo COOL, seront transf\u00e9r\u00e9s \u00e0 Finnair Cargo Oy.<\/p>\n<p>La d\u00e9cision de Finnair Cargo de ne pas prolonger l&#8217;accord de service existant avec Swissport Finland repose sur une \u00e9valuation continue des op\u00e9rations. Gabriela Hiitola, vice-pr\u00e9sidente senior de Finnair Cargo, explique : \u00ab L&#8217;objectif est d&#8217;am\u00e9liorer les processus de bout en bout, les m\u00e9thodes de travail et l&#8217;efficacit\u00e9 de Finnair Cargo, tout en permettant la croissance. \u00bb Le contrat actuel avec Swissport sera maintenu jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 la fin de cette ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Les op\u00e9rations de stockage et de transport de Finnair Cargo ont \u00e9t\u00e9 externalis\u00e9es en 2009, et Swissport Finland les g\u00e8re depuis 2019. On estime que le transfert d&#8217;exploitation concernera environ 150 employ\u00e9s de Swissport Finland travaillant pour Finnair Cargo.
