Selon une initiative actuelle des associations, il manque d\u00e9j\u00e0 plus de 70 000 conducteurs professionnels en Allemagne. Ce chiffre a consid\u00e9rablement augment\u00e9 depuis la publication d&#8217;un \u00ab plan en cinq points contre les goulets d&#8217;\u00e9tranglement logistiques et le manque de conducteurs \u00bb \u00e0 la fin de 2018, o\u00f9 l&#8217;on estimait encore \u00e0 environ 40 000 le nombre de conducteurs manquants. L&#8217;\u00e9volution d\u00e9mographique contribue \u00e0 aggraver le probl\u00e8me : un tiers des conducteurs professionnels a plus de 55 ans, et chaque ann\u00e9e, environ 30 000 \u00e0 35 000 conducteurs partent \u00e0 la retraite, tandis que seulement 15 000 \u00e0 20 000 nouveaux conducteurs entrent dans la profession.<\/p>\n<p>Plus de 70 % de la performance du transport de marchandises en Allemagne est fournie par des camions, selon les associations concern\u00e9es. Les goulets d&#8217;\u00e9tranglement dans ce domaine pourraient donc avoir des cons\u00e9quences consid\u00e9rables pour l&#8217;ensemble de l&#8217;\u00e9conomie. Un transfert du transport vers le rail n&#8217;est pas possible dans de nombreux cas, car les conditions locales, telles que les courtes distances de transport et l&#8217;infrastructure ferroviaire insuffisante, s&#8217;opposent souvent \u00e0 un transport ferroviaire.<\/p>\n<h3>Besoins d&#8217;action pour s\u00e9curiser le march\u00e9 du travail des conducteurs<\/h3>\n<p>Pour faire face au manque de conducteurs, l&#8217;initiative des associations appelle \u00e0 une approche politiquement coordonn\u00e9e. Une proposition centrale est la cr\u00e9ation d&#8217;un groupe de travail interministeriel qui, en impliquant les d\u00e9partements concern\u00e9s, doit d\u00e9velopper une strat\u00e9gie pour le march\u00e9 du travail des conducteurs.<\/p>\n<p>Trois domaines d&#8217;action essentiels sont soulign\u00e9s par les associations :<\/p>\n<p>1. Augmenter l&#8217;attractivit\u00e9 de la profession de conducteur : Les conditions de travail des conducteurs professionnels doivent \u00eatre am\u00e9lior\u00e9es. L&#8217;infrastructure insuffisante, comme le manque de places de stationnement pour camions et la qualit\u00e9 de s\u00e9jour inad\u00e9quate sur les aires de stationnement, complique le quotidien professionnel. De plus, une gestion inefficace des chantiers sur les routes nationales entra\u00eene des embouteillages et des horaires de travail peu fiables.<\/p>\n<p>2. Modernisation des exigences en mati\u00e8re de formation et de qualification : La formation actuelle des conducteurs est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme obsol\u00e8te. Une r\u00e9forme est n\u00e9cessaire pour rendre la formation plus pratique et cibl\u00e9e. Les possibilit\u00e9s num\u00e9riques devraient \u00e9galement \u00eatre mieux exploit\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>3. R\u00e9duction de la bureaucratie et facilitation de l&#8217;immigration : Le degr\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9 de r\u00e9glementation dans le transport routier de marchandises est per\u00e7u comme un obstacle. Des r\u00e8gles plus pragmatiques doivent \u00eatre trouv\u00e9es, notamment en ce qui concerne la reconnaissance des qualifications professionnelles \u00e9trang\u00e8res. De plus, l&#8217;immigration de travailleurs en provenance de pays tiers sur le march\u00e9 des conducteurs devrait \u00eatre facilit\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bgl-ev.de\/\"
