L&#8217;enqu\u00eate, qui a interrog\u00e9 plus de 3 000 professionnels de divers secteurs, dont le commerce de d\u00e9tail, la distribution en gros et la fabrication, met en \u00e9vidence les d\u00e9fis que les entreprises devront relever d&#8217;ici 2026, selon les d\u00e9clarations des entreprises.<\/p>\n<p>Selon l&#8217;enqu\u00eate, 68 % des entreprises utilisent actuellement une solution de routage et de planification (R&amp;S). Cependant, un &#8222;\u00e9cart de satisfaction&#8220; significatif se manifeste sur le march\u00e9. Seuls 10 % des r\u00e9pondants ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 \u00eatre &#8222;tr\u00e8s satisfaits&#8220; de leur fournisseur actuel. 46 % des participants se sont exprim\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re neutre, tandis que 20 % sont insatisfaits. Les donn\u00e9es indiquent qu&#8217;environ 30 % des entreprises envisagent, au cours des trois prochaines ann\u00e9es, des planifications int\u00e9gr\u00e9es pour les zones et les horaires quotidiens. De plus, 26 % des r\u00e9pondants attachent de l&#8217;importance \u00e0 des estimations pr\u00e9dictives des d\u00e9lais de livraison.<\/p>\n<h3>Optimisation comme cl\u00e9 de la satisfaction<\/h3>\n<p>Parmi les principales conclusions, il est \u00e0 noter que le taux de satisfaction neutre de 46 % est per\u00e7u comme une invitation \u00e0 offrir un niveau de service sup\u00e9rieur. ORTEC pr\u00e9voit de cibler les 24 % d&#8217;utilisateurs qui recherchent des ajustements de routes automatis\u00e9s et dynamiques, afin de passer de &#8222;neutre&#8220; \u00e0 &#8222;satisfait&#8220;. De plus, l&#8217;enqu\u00eate montre que la demande pour des solutions technologiques augmente. Les dirigeants de niveau C (9 %) et de niveau directeur (36 %) poussent de plus en plus \u00e0 l&#8217;adoption de nouvelles technologies. ORTEC se concentre donc sur des fonctionnalit\u00e9s telles que la planification int\u00e9gr\u00e9e des zones et des journ\u00e9es, qui sont prioritaires pour pr\u00e8s de 30 % des
