Moller &#8211; Maersk (Maersk) a annonc\u00e9 que l&#8217;entreprise pr\u00e9voit un retour \u00e0 la route trans-Suez pour le service MECL. Cette d\u00e9cision fait suite aux passages r\u00e9ussis des navires porte-conteneurs &#8222;Maersk Sebarok&#8220; et <a href=\"https:\/\/transportjournal.com\/2026\/01\/13\/maersk-denver-passes-bab-el-mandeb\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">&#8222;Maersk Denver&#8220; par le canal de Suez<\/a>. Le service MECL relie le Moyen-Orient et l&#8217;Inde \u00e0 la c\u00f4te est des \u00c9tats-Unis et est exclusivement op\u00e9r\u00e9 par Maersk. Le premier voyage du service MECL se d\u00e9roulera sur la route ouest \u00e0 travers le canal de Suez (voyage 603W). Le &#8222;Cornelia Maersk&#8220; a quitt\u00e9 Jebel Ali le 15 janvier 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Maersk souligne que la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l&#8217;\u00e9quipage, des actifs et des cargaisons des clients est &#8222;la priorit\u00e9 absolue&#8220;. L&#8217;entreprise surveillera la situation s\u00e9curitaire dans la r\u00e9gion du Moyen-Orient. Les modifications du service MECL d\u00e9pendront de la stabilit\u00e9 en mer Rouge.
