China Eastern Air Logistics Co., Ltd. (CEAL) a mis en service, en collaboration avec L\u00f6dige Industries, une nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de v\u00e9hicules de transport automatis\u00e9s \u00e0 haute capacit\u00e9 (AGVs). Ces AGVs sont sp\u00e9cialement con\u00e7us pour le transport flexible et enti\u00e8rement automatis\u00e9 des dispositifs de chargement unitaire (ULD) et sont d\u00e9sormais en service au terminal de fret 4 de l&#8217;a\u00e9roport.<\/p>\n<h3>Am\u00e9lioration de l&#8217;efficacit\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des syst\u00e8mes automatis\u00e9s<\/h3>\n<p>Au total, six AGVs, capables de transporter chacun jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 6,8 tonnes, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en \u0153uvre avec succ\u00e8s. Ces v\u00e9hicules devraient consid\u00e9rablement am\u00e9liorer l&#8217;efficacit\u00e9 et l&#8217;automatisation dans le domaine du traitement du fret a\u00e9rien. Les AGVs sont enti\u00e8rement int\u00e9gr\u00e9s au syst\u00e8me de gestion de fret (CMS) de L\u00f6dige, qui permet une planification, un contr\u00f4le et un suivi optimis\u00e9s du flux de fret. Nous sommes fiers de collaborer avec CEAL pour introduire cette technologie avanc\u00e9e et les aider \u00e0 accro\u00eetre leur efficacit\u00e9 et \u00e0 \u00e9tablir de nouvelles normes pour les op\u00e9rations de fret. \u00bb<\/p>\n<h3>Avantages des AGVs pour l&#8217;exploitation de fret<\/h3>\n<p>Les nouveaux AGVs offrent une flexibilit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle accrue en r\u00e9duisant la d\u00e9pendance aux m\u00e9thodes de transport manuelles et en soutenant l&#8217;optimisation des itin\u00e9raires. Cela r\u00e9duit la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d&#8217;infrastructures fixes et permet des flux de fret dynamiques. L&#8217;intelligence bas\u00e9e sur les donn\u00e9es des AGVs assure un contr\u00f4le pr\u00e9cis, minimise le risque de dommages aux ULD et soutient l&#8217;exploitation 24 heures sur 24. Cela permet aux employ\u00e9s de se concentrer sur des t\u00e2ches \u00e0 valeur ajout\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Tous les six AGVs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 fabriqu\u00e9s en Allemagne et ont subi des tests rigoureux pour garantir une qualit\u00e9 et des performances constantes. La flotte d&#8217;AGVs s&#8217;harmonise \u00e9galement avec le premier syst\u00e8me Lift-and-Run de Chine, \u00e9galement fourni par L\u00f6dige Industries, augmentant ainsi le d\u00e9bit et l&#8217;intelligence op\u00e9rationnelle dans le terminal.<\/p>\n<p>Le partenariat entre CEAL et L\u00f6dige Industries continue de se d\u00e9velopper, les collaborations ant\u00e9rieures ayant inclus la r\u00e9novation d&#8217;un syst\u00e8me de v\u00e9hicule de transfert \u00e9l\u00e9vateur (ETV) et la fourniture d&#8217;un syst\u00e8me de v\u00e9hicule de transfert (TV).
