Selon une analyse de NTT DATA, un fournisseur de services en IA et en technologie, ces tendances pourraient consid\u00e9rablement modifier la mani\u00e8re dont les produits sont fabriqu\u00e9s d&#8217;ici 2030. L&#8217;entreprise met en avant deux m\u00e9gatendances.<\/p>\n<h3>Tendance 1 : Robots humano\u00efdes comme nouveau niveau d&#8217;automatisation<\/h3>\n<p>Les robots humano\u00efdes, qui imitent la forme et le mouvement humain, repr\u00e9sentent un nouveau stade de d\u00e9veloppement dans l&#8217;automatisation, selon NTT DATA. Ces machines sont capables de prendre des d\u00e9cisions de mani\u00e8re autonome et de s&#8217;adapter \u00e0 des conditions changeantes. Cela les distingue des robots industriels traditionnels, qui d\u00e9pendent de routines programm\u00e9es manuellement et qui, en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, ne peuvent fonctionner efficacement que dans des environnements contr\u00f4l\u00e9s. L&#8217;utilisation de robots humano\u00efdes pourrait entra\u00eener une r\u00e9duction de la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de main-d&#8217;\u0153uvre humaine dans certains domaines de la fabrication.<\/p>\n<h3>Tendance 2 : La vision de l&#8217;usine autonome<\/h3>\n<p>Une autre tendance mise en avant par NTT DATA est le d\u00e9veloppement d&#8217;usines autonomes, \u00e9galement connues sous le nom de \u00ab Dark Factory \u00bb. Cette vision d\u00e9crit un environnement de production o\u00f9 les machines prennent en charge tous les processus de mani\u00e8re autonome, sans n\u00e9cessiter la pr\u00e9sence humaine. Ainsi, il serait m\u00eame possible de se passer de lumi\u00e8re dans les halls de production. Bien que dans la pratique, certains capteurs optiques et cam\u00e9ras d\u00e9pendent encore de la lumi\u00e8re, le concept illustre l&#8217;objectif d&#8217;une production enti\u00e8rement autonome.
