Dans le cadre de cette restructuration, deux divisions principales seront cr\u00e9\u00e9es : la division de la navigation et de la logistique, dirig\u00e9e par James C. Fowler (\u00e0 gauche), et la division de l&#8217;\u00e9nergie, sous la direction de Kollin Fencil (\u00e0 droite). Ces changements visent \u00e0 augmenter l&#8217;agilit\u00e9 de l&#8217;entreprise et \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer l&#8217;ex\u00e9cution op\u00e9rationnelle pour acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la croissance dans les domaines de la navigation, de la logistique et de l&#8217;\u00e9nergie.<\/p>\n<h3>R\u00e9orientation pour accro\u00eetre l&#8217;efficacit\u00e9<\/h3>\n<p>Selon Megan Davidson, directrice des op\u00e9rations de Crowley, la r\u00e9orientation affinera les capacit\u00e9s de l&#8217;entreprise pour obtenir d&#8217;excellents r\u00e9sultats en collaboration avec les clients. \u00ab James et Kollin sont des dirigeants exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s qui comprennent nos clients, nos employ\u00e9s et les op\u00e9rations, et savent comment obtenir des r\u00e9sultats \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Davidson. Cette division sert \u00e0 la fois des clients commerciaux et gouvernementaux dans les domaines de la navigation maritime, du transport int\u00e9rieur et des transports multimodaux, ainsi que de l&#8217;entreposage et d&#8217;autres solutions pour la cha\u00eene d&#8217;approvisionnement. Fowler a soulign\u00e9 que la nouvelle structure garantira que l&#8217;ensemble de la cha\u00eene de valeur du transport des clients soit g\u00e9r\u00e9 par une seule \u00e9quipe coh\u00e9rente.<\/p>\n<h3>Concentration sur l&#8217;\u00e9nergie et l&#8217;innovation<\/h3>\n<p>La division de l&#8217;\u00e9nergie, dirig\u00e9e par Fencil, comprend d\u00e9sormais Crowley Fuels en Alaska, le gaz naturel liqu\u00e9fi\u00e9 (GNL) et des solutions \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques avanc\u00e9es, ainsi que des op\u00e9rations de stockage, des services d&#8217;ing\u00e9nierie et des activit\u00e9s de remorquage et offshore. Cette division regroupe les activit\u00e9s de Crowley qui soutiennent le transport et la logistique dans le secteur de l&#8217;\u00e9nergie, offrant aux clients des solutions appropri\u00e9es.
