Con\u00e7ue pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins vari\u00e9s des acteurs portuaires et de l\u2019hinterland, cette concession s\u2019inscrit dans une dynamique de massification des flux, de d\u00e9veloppement du report modal et d\u2019innovation logistique. Son ambition : renforcer l\u2019attractivit\u00e9 du port, fluidifier la cha\u00eene de transport et acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la d\u00e9carbonation.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Cette concession concerne la promotion, l\u2019exploitation et la gestion :<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>du terminal multimodal et du syst\u00e8me de transferts ferroviaires intra-portuaires entre le terminal multimodal et les terminaux maritimes. V\u00e9ritable plateforme de massification, le terminal multimodal permet de regrouper, traiter et transf\u00e9rer efficacement les conteneurs entre les modes ferroviaire, fluvial et maritime, facilitant ainsi l\u2019acheminement des marchandises depuis ou vers l\u2019hinterland europ\u00e9en et contribuant \u00e0 la fluidit\u00e9 des cha\u00eenes logistiques portuaires ;<\/li>\n<li>des installations de service ferroviaire offrant des services essentiels aux entreprises ferroviaires (avitaillement, maintenance l\u00e9g\u00e8re du mat\u00e9riel roulant) am\u00e9liorant la disponibilit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle du mat\u00e9riel et fiabilisant les dessertes ;<\/li>\n<li>des op\u00e9rations de traction ferroviaire intra-portuaire, de triage et de formation des convois ;<\/li>\n<li>de d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019activit\u00e9s compl\u00e9mentaires favorisant le report modal et la massification des flux.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La valeur estim\u00e9e de la concession, d\u2019une dur\u00e9e minimale de 5 ans, est de 86,9 M\u20ac HT.
