Les informations proviennent de la quatri\u00e8me \u00e9dition du DHL eCommerce Trends Report : Shopper Edit, qui a interrog\u00e9 24 000 acheteurs en ligne dans 24 march\u00e9s mondiaux, et de la Business Edit nouvellement publi\u00e9e, qui a recueilli les r\u00e9ponses de 4 050 entreprises dans 19 pays. Elles montrent la pertinence de cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement de vente : 84 % des d\u00e9taillants en ligne pr\u00e9voient de participer au Black Friday 2025.<\/h5>\n<p>(Bonn) La confiance dans les offres li\u00e9es \u00e0 cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement shopping semble cependant diminuer. Alors que 69 % des d\u00e9taillants estiment que les clients font confiance \u00e0 leurs offres, seulement 50 % des acheteurs affirment faire enti\u00e8rement ou majoritairement confiance aux offres du Black Friday. La comparaison entre g\u00e9n\u00e9rations montre un tableau clair : 56 % de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Z font confiance aux prix des d\u00e9taillants, contre seulement 38 % des baby-boomers.<\/p>\n<h5>Kleinunternehmen wenig zuversichtlich<\/h5>\n<p>La g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Z est non seulement en t\u00eate en mati\u00e8re de confiance, mais aussi d&rsquo;intention d&rsquo;achat : 81 % pr\u00e9voient d&rsquo;acheter davantage pendant l&rsquo;\u00e9v\u00e9nement shopping, contre 64 % des baby-boomers. Fait remarquable, 56 % des d\u00e9taillants d\u00e9clarent vendre plus pendant le Black Friday que durant d&rsquo;autres p\u00e9riodes, et 60 % ont enregistr\u00e9 des ventes plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es ce jour-l\u00e0 en 2024 par rapport \u00e0 2023, les grandes entreprises affichant une croissance de 69 %. Les entrepreneurs individuels et les tr\u00e8s petites entreprises se montrent cette ann\u00e9e les moins confiants quant au Black Friday - ils s&rsquo;attendent \u00e0 des r\u00e9sultats plus modestes, avec seulement 48 % pr\u00e9voyant une augmentation de leur chiffre d&rsquo;affaires et seulement 57 % croyant que les acheteurs font confiance \u00e0 leurs offres et prix.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Les avis des clients influencent les acheteurs<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 des acheteurs, trois quarts des consommateurs ach\u00e8tent plus ou autant pendant le Black Friday, principalement motiv\u00e9s par des r\u00e9ductions et des \u00e9conomies (71 %), l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des offres exclusives (49 %) et des offres \u00e0 dur\u00e9e limit\u00e9e (44 %). Les avis authentiques influencent leurs d\u00e9cisions : 64 % des acheteurs du Black Friday se laissent influencer par les avis des clients sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux. Des options de paiement flexibles et des produits tendance sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux attirent ces acheteurs. Leur envie d&rsquo;acheter lors des offres d\u00e9passe le Black Friday : 53 % d\u00e9clarent acheter davantage lorsqu&rsquo;ils re\u00e7oivent une bonne offre ou un code de r\u00e9duction d&rsquo;un d\u00e9taillant. Ils n&rsquo;h\u00e9sitent pas non plus \u00e0 chercher des offres \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tranger : 62 % d\u00e9clarent acheter chez des d\u00e9taillants en dehors de leur pays d&rsquo;origine. L&rsquo;offre de livraison semble conclure la vente - 82 % des acheteurs du Black Friday abandonneraient leur achat si leur option de livraison pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e n&rsquo;est pas propos\u00e9e \u00e0 la caisse num\u00e9rique.
