La fusion des deux entrep\u00f4ts marque le d\u00e9but d&rsquo;une restructuration cibl\u00e9e de la direction de Krefeld. Beniers est ainsi promu de Leader Logistics \u00e0 Site Lead Krefeld. Il assume donc des responsabilit\u00e9s suppl\u00e9mentaires concernant l&rsquo;administration du site. Cela inclut la promotion de la collaboration sur le site ainsi que son d\u00e9veloppement.<\/h5>\n<p>(Krefeld) Robert Brohl, responsable de la gestion de la cha\u00eene d&rsquo;approvisionnement chez Galaxus : \u00ab Steffen a \u00e9t\u00e9 le tout premier employ\u00e9 logistique chez Galaxus en Allemagne et il est pr\u00e9sent depuis le lancement en 2018. Il a permis et soutenu une forte croissance. En collaboration avec les \u00e9quipes logistiques suisses, il a toujours trouv\u00e9 les bonnes solutions pour Krefeld. Dans le cadre de son nouveau r\u00f4le en tant que responsable de la gestion de la cha\u00eene d&rsquo;approvisionnement chez Digitec Galaxus, il a d\u00fb mettre ce r\u00f4le en pause. Les t\u00e2ches ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9parties en interne entre plusieurs personnes, de sorte que le poste de responsable du site est rest\u00e9 formellement vacant. Dans le cadre de la centralisation de la logistique sur le site de Krefeld-H\u00fcls et de la fermeture de l&rsquo;entrep\u00f4t de Krefeld-Fischeln, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d&rsquo;attribuer le r\u00f4le de responsable du site \u00e0 Steffen Beniers.<\/p>\n<p>Tous les 13 employ\u00e9s du premier entrep\u00f4t \u00ab Hans \u00bb (Hans-G\u00fcnther-Sohl-Stra\u00dfe) d\u00e9m\u00e9nageront dans le nouvel entrep\u00f4t \u00ab Odilia \u00bb (Odilia-von-Goch-Stra\u00dfe) et continueront \u00e0 y travailler. \u00ab Je suis tr\u00e8s heureux que nous puissions d\u00e9sormais nous concentrer sur l&rsquo;entrep\u00f4t \u00e0 H\u00fcls et que tous nos coll\u00e8gues de Fischeln viennent \u00e0 notre nouveau site \u00bb, d\u00e9clare Steffen Beniers. Cependant, quelques employ\u00e9s avaient d\u00e9j\u00e0 commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 chercher de nouveaux emplois en 2025 et se sont s\u00e9par\u00e9s de Galaxus, car ils ne souhaitaient pas changer de site. Hans fermera en avril 2026. En tout, environ 150 personnes travaillent chez Galaxus \u00e0 Krefeld.<\/p>\n<h5>Nouvelles responsabilit\u00e9s \u00e9galement pour d&rsquo;autres personnes<\/h5>\n<p>L&rsquo;ancienne responsable de l&rsquo;entrep\u00f4t de grandes pi\u00e8ces Hans, Stephanie Oelmann, sera la nouvelle responsable de l&rsquo;Outbound (sortie de marchandises) sur le site Odilia. L&rsquo;actuel Leader Outbound, Matthias Preukschat, s&rsquo;occupera d\u00e9sormais de la planification logistique, de l&rsquo;analyse et de la gestion des flux de travail.
