L&rsquo;Association des armateurs allemands (VDR) se f\u00e9licite que le minist\u00e8re mette ce sujet central en avant et exige une int\u00e9gration encore plus forte de la navigation commerciale dans l&rsquo;architecture de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/h5>\n<p>(Hambourg) \u00ab Nous nous r\u00e9jouissons que la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 maritime soit ancr\u00e9e dans la strat\u00e9gie de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 nationale du gouvernement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral \u00bb, d\u00e9clare Martin Kr\u00f6ger, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du VDR. \u00ab Mais nous ne pouvons pas nous fier uniquement \u00e0 des \u00e9crits. Il manque un organe permanent o\u00f9 le gouvernement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral et la navigation commerciale collaborent r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement. Ce n&rsquo;est qu&rsquo;ainsi que nous pourrons garantir l&rsquo;approvisionnement et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 en cas de crise. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;Allemagne est pauvre en ressources et fortement orient\u00e9e vers l&rsquo;exportation : environ deux tiers de toutes les exportations et importations transitent par la mer. Avec pr\u00e8s de 290 compagnies maritimes et environ 1 800 navires, l&rsquo;Allemagne est la sixi\u00e8me nation maritime au monde et m\u00eame troisi\u00e8me dans le secteur des porte-conteneurs. La flotte commerciale est donc l&rsquo;\u00e9pine dorsale de l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie et un garant de l&rsquo;approvisionnement de la population.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Nos compagnies maritimes assurent non seulement le transport quotidien des marchandises, mais jouent \u00e9galement un r\u00f4le strat\u00e9gique en cas de crise : elles transportent des \u00e9quipements militaires, des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res et des biens essentiels. L&rsquo;Allemagne d\u00e9pend de ces capacit\u00e9s \u00bb, explique Kr\u00f6ger. L&rsquo;objectif du gouvernement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral de maintenir et d&rsquo;\u00e9largir une flotte forte en Allemagne est donc juste et m\u00e9rite notre plein soutien.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9tude de l&rsquo;institut ifo souligne la forte d\u00e9pendance \u00e0 certaines routes maritimes ; pour des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res importantes, elle atteint parfois plus de 90 %. Les blocages ou les attaques peuvent donc avoir des cons\u00e9quences imm\u00e9diates pour l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie et la soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Les attaques en mer Rouge, les tensions dans le d\u00e9troit de Ta\u00efwan ou les menaces concr\u00e8tes de fermeture du d\u00e9troit d&rsquo;Hormuz montrent \u00e0 quel point la situation est volatile.<\/p>\n<p>Kr\u00f6ger : \u00ab Nous surveillons de pr\u00e8s les d\u00e9veloppements en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et sommes en \u00e9troite communication avec la marine allemande ainsi qu&rsquo;avec des partenaires internationaux. Nos compagnies maritimes r\u00e9agissent de mani\u00e8re flexible et redirigent leurs navires lorsque cela est n\u00e9cessaire et possible. Mais plus il y a de goulets d&rsquo;\u00e9tranglement sous pression en m\u00eame temps, plus il devient difficile de trouver des routes alternatives. \u00bb<\/p>\n<h5>La marine joue un r\u00f4le important<\/h5>\n<p>L&rsquo;Allemagne participe donc \u00e0 juste titre \u00e0 des missions de protection internationales pour maintenir les voies maritimes libres et prot\u00e9ger les navires commerciaux. La marine y contribue de mani\u00e8re significative, mais elle a \u00e9galement besoin de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipement n\u00e9cessaire. En conclusion, Kr\u00f6ger souligne : \u00ab Derri\u00e8re chaque navire se trouvent des personnes. Nos marins assurent l&rsquo;approvisionnement.
