Sur un total de 1.715 contr\u00f4les routiers effectu\u00e9s, 1.451 contr\u00f4les ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s pour le cabotage, avec 139 violations constat\u00e9es.<\/h5>\n<p>(Heilbronn) Le r\u00e9sultat du contr\u00f4le montre que plus de 9 % des entreprises examin\u00e9es enfreignent syst\u00e9matiquement les r\u00e8gles de cabotage existantes, souvent il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;entreprises \u00e9trang\u00e8res.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h5>D\u00e9claration du Verband f\u00e9d\u00e9ral de la logistique et du transport (BLV-pro) e.V. :<\/h5>\n<p>Le fait que seulement 1.715 contr\u00f4les aient eu lieu dans tout le pays est insuffisant. Compar\u00e9 au volume de trafic r\u00e9el en juin de 493.000 v\u00e9hicules \u00e9trangers, cela donne un taux de contr\u00f4le alarmant de seulement 0,29 %. Cela indique que 99,71 % des v\u00e9hicules restent non contr\u00f4l\u00e9s, ce qui laisse place \u00e0 de nombreuses autres violations.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Les violations des temps de repos hebdomadaires des conducteurs sont tout aussi pr\u00e9occupantes : 78 violations lors de 437 contr\u00f4les montrent que les conducteurs continuent de passer leur temps de repos hebdomadaire dans le v\u00e9hicule, ce qui met en danger \u00e0 la fois la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des conducteurs et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re dans son ensemble.<\/p>\n<p>Il est \u00e9vident que les mesures politiques de contr\u00f4le et d&rsquo;application des r\u00e8gles de cabotage ne sont pas suffisantes. Les entreprises et les conducteurs allemands qui travaillent honn\u00eatement subissent une pression croissante, tandis que les pratiques d\u00e9loyales sont favoris\u00e9es par un manque de contr\u00f4les.<\/p>\n<p>Konstantin Popov, pr\u00e9sident du BLV-pro e.V. : \u201cNous exigeons une surveillance plus coh\u00e9rente et plus compl\u00e8te, qui ne vise pas seulement les violations de cabotage, mais qui applique \u00e9galement l&rsquo;ensemble du cadre r\u00e9glementaire dans le transport international. Ce n&rsquo;est qu&rsquo;\u00e0 travers des contr\u00f4les renforc\u00e9s et des sanctions strictes qu&rsquo;une concurrence \u00e9quitable sur le march\u00e9 du transport peut \u00eatre assur\u00e9e.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La marge moyenne des entreprises de taille interm\u00e9diaire est de 1 \u00e0 2 % du chiffre d&rsquo;affaires.
