Le nouveau b\u00e2timent combine un concept de propulsion diesel-\u00e9lectrique \u00ab\u00a0Future-Fuel-Ready\u00a0\u00bb performant avec une optimisation pour les faibles niveaux d&rsquo;eau et la technologie SEAFAR pour une navigation t\u00e9l\u00e9command\u00e9e. Un syst\u00e8me de panneaux solaires g\u00e9n\u00e8re en outre jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 37 500 kilowattheures d&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 par an, qui peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e pour propulser le navire.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Duisbourg\/Hambourg) Le \u00ab\u00a0Blue Marlin\u00a0\u00bb est le dernier projet de la coop\u00e9ration \u00e9tablie entre HGK Shipping et Salzgitter Flachstahl dans le secteur de la navigation int\u00e9rieure. Le nouveau navire de fret sec transportera principalement de l&rsquo;acier et des marchandises en vrac dans le r\u00e9seau de canaux du nord-ouest de l&rsquo;Allemagne, rendant ainsi la logistique de Salzgitter AG encore plus durable. Apr\u00e8s des essais en mer r\u00e9ussis, le navire a \u00e9t\u00e9 baptis\u00e9 hier par Julia Siemens-Pecher, responsable de la gestion logistique de Peiner Tr\u00e4ger GmbH, une filiale op\u00e9rationnelle ind\u00e9pendante de Salzgitter AG, lors d&rsquo;une c\u00e9r\u00e9monie festive.<\/p>\n<h5>Mettre en \u0153uvre des projets durables<\/h5>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Le partenariat \u00e9troit avec Salzgitter AG nous permet de mettre en \u0153uvre des projets durables de mani\u00e8re cibl\u00e9e. Ensemble, nous concr\u00e9tisons des id\u00e9es innovantes : de la technologie solaire sans \u00e9missions \u00e0 la navigation t\u00e9l\u00e9command\u00e9e des navires, en passant par des types de propulsion \u00e9conomes en ressources dans notre flotte. Nous misons de plus en plus sur la navigation int\u00e9rieure, qui est particuli\u00e8rement respectueuse de l&rsquo;environnement dans le mix des modes de transport. En ce sens, le &lsquo;Blue Marlin&rsquo; joue un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans le transport respectueux du climat de nos produits en acier et de nos marchandises en vrac. Il contribue \u00e0 une am\u00e9lioration significative de notre bilan carbone en logistique et s&rsquo;inscrit donc parfaitement dans la voie que nous avons choisie pour plus de durabilit\u00e9.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<h5>Id\u00e9al pour les situations de faibles niveaux d&rsquo;eau<\/h5>\n<p>Avec ses dimensions optimis\u00e9es pour les canaux de 86 m\u00e8tres de long, 9,50 m\u00e8tres de large et un tirant d&rsquo;eau de seulement 1,10 m\u00e8tre, le \u00ab\u00a0Blue Marlin\u00a0\u00bb est id\u00e9al pour les situations de faibles niveaux d&rsquo;eau sur les voies navigables d&rsquo;Europe centrale. Le concept de propulsion efficace avec deux propulseurs \u00e0 h\u00e9lice Veth et un propulseur d&rsquo;\u00e9trave suppl\u00e9mentaire permet \u00e9galement une couplage avec une barge pousseuse, ce qui permet de transporter des charges allant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 3 110 tonnes de mani\u00e8re optimale.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s les essais en mer r\u00e9ussis avec la technologie SEAFAR, la Direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale des voies navigables (GDWS) a accord\u00e9 une autorisation pour la navigation t\u00e9l\u00e9command\u00e9e sur le tron\u00e7on entre Salzgitter et Friedrichsfeld. La technologie solaire Wattlab soutient en outre l&rsquo;approvisionnement \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique \u00e0 bord : l&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 produite permet un fonctionnement temporaire sans \u00e9missions du navire via la propulsion des h\u00e9lices et r\u00e9duit les \u00e9missions de CO\u2082 jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 36 000 kilogrammes par an. Pour la premi\u00e8re fois, l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie solaire capt\u00e9e peut \u00eatre directement transmise au syst\u00e8me de propulsion. En reconnaissance de sa construction durable, le \u00ab\u00a0Blue Marlin\u00a0\u00bb a d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9compens\u00e9 par le Green Award \u00ab\u00a0Gold\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<h5>Conception et d\u00e9veloppement en \u00e9troite collaboration<\/h5>\n<p>La conception et le d\u00e9veloppement du navire ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s en \u00e9troite collaboration entre HGK Shipping et Salzgitter AG.
