Apr\u00e8s que le convoi compos\u00e9 de \u00ab\u00a0Niedersachsen 2\u00a0\u00bb et \u00ab\u00a0Hannover\u00a0\u00bb a effectu\u00e9 un essai sans probl\u00e8me d\u00e9but mai sur un tron\u00e7on de la route d\u00e9sormais approuv\u00e9e, la plus grande entreprise de navigation int\u00e9rieure d&rsquo;Europe a re\u00e7u le feu vert de la Direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale des voies navigables et de la navigation (GDWS).<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(K\u00f6ln\/Berlin) En marge d&rsquo;un \u00e9v\u00e9nement sectoriel \u00e0 Berlin et en pr\u00e9sence du signataire, le directeur de la GDWS, Eric Oehlmann, le ministre des Transports, Dr. Patrick Schnieder, a remis hier au PDG de HGK Shipping, Steffen Bauer, l&rsquo;autorisation pour la zone de navigation de Scharnebeck \u00e0 Salzgitter.<\/p>\n<p>Lors de la remise de l&rsquo;autorisation, le ministre f\u00e9d\u00e9ral Dr. Patrick Schnieder a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 : \u00ab La navigation int\u00e9rieure fait face \u00e0 d&rsquo;\u00e9normes d\u00e9fis. En particulier, la p\u00e9nurie de main-d&rsquo;\u0153uvre qualifi\u00e9e qui se profile \u00e0 l&rsquo;horizon ne doit pas devenir un frein pour ce champion cach\u00e9 des modes de transport. Car il est un fait que la voie navigable int\u00e9rieure est le seul mode de transport avec des capacit\u00e9s disponibles que nous avons en Allemagne. Des projets pilotes comme ce convoi t\u00e9l\u00e9command\u00e9 peuvent donc devenir des agents de changement. Dans la recherche de travailleurs qualifi\u00e9s, c&rsquo;est un levier efficace pour augmenter l&rsquo;attractivit\u00e9 de la profession \u00bb, souligne Steffen Bauer, PDG de HGK Shipping, sur la motivation derri\u00e8re ce projet. \u00ab Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration et \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre minutieuses des diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9tapes d&rsquo;autorisation, nous esp\u00e9rons pouvoir rapidement passer \u00e0 la prochaine \u00e9tape apr\u00e8s cette phase de test et naviguer avec un \u00e9quipage r\u00e9duit. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Auparavant, la t\u00e9l\u00e9commande avec un \u00e9quipage complet avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 test\u00e9e sur le Rhin avec une autorisation belge sur la base de recommandations ZKR appropri\u00e9es. Dans la nouvelle phase de test, qui se d\u00e9roulera dans le r\u00e9seau de canaux allemands entre les communes de Scharnebeck et Salzgitter, un \u00e9quipage complet sera encore \u00e0 bord du navire.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Permettre aux pilotes de navire de passer plus de temps \u00e0 terre<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>La prochaine \u00e9tape consistera d\u00e9j\u00e0 en l&rsquo;exploitation des navires modifi\u00e9s avec un \u00e9quipage r\u00e9duit dans le programme de test. L&rsquo;objectif est de permettre une utilisation plus flexible du personnel et de donner aux pilotes de navire plus de temps \u00e0 terre.
