Actuellement, le <\/strong><strong>prestataire logistique mondial sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans la gestion de la cha\u00eene d&rsquo;approvisionnement et le commerce \u00e9lectronique a mis en place un nouveau <\/strong><strong>syst\u00e8me Rack-to-Person <\/strong><strong>dans son <\/strong><strong>centre logistique \u00e0 Pozna\u0144, en Pologne. <\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(G\u00fctersloh\/Pozna\u0144) Gr\u00e2ce au nouveau syst\u00e8me Rack-to-Person, l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 de la pr\u00e9paration des commandes et des processus d&rsquo;entreposage pour le commerce en ligne est consid\u00e9rablement am\u00e9lior\u00e9e. \u00ab Dans le cadre de notre strat\u00e9gie d&rsquo;automatisation, nous investissons dans des technologies d&rsquo;entreposage modernes et la robotique. Notre objectif est d&rsquo;augmenter l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 des processus d&rsquo;entreposage et de fournir aux employ\u00e9s un environnement de travail qui les aide dans l&rsquo;ex\u00e9cution de leurs t\u00e2ches \u00bb, explique Lidia Ratajczak-Kluck, directrice g\u00e9n\u00e9rale d&rsquo;Arvato en Pologne et membre de la direction d&rsquo;Arvato. \u00ab Avec ce syst\u00e8me Rack-to-Person innovant, nous disposons d\u00e9sormais en Pologne d&rsquo;une solution d&rsquo;automatisation qui nous permet d&rsquo;optimiser nos processus logistiques et d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer notre comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 sur le march\u00e9. En particulier pour les clients ayant une large gamme de produits, cette solution cr\u00e9e une valeur ajout\u00e9e \u00e9norme. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Le nouveau syst\u00e8me repose sur une technologie robotique avanc\u00e9e et soutient et facilite la pr\u00e9paration des commandes pour les employ\u00e9s. Les robots autonomes transportent automatiquement les \u00e9tag\u00e8res de stockage avec les marchandises vers les stations de pr\u00e9paration dans le centre logistique de 48 000 m\u00e8tres carr\u00e9s \u00e0 Pozna\u0144, o\u00f9 les employ\u00e9s pr\u00e9l\u00e8vent les marchandises selon les commandes.<\/p>\n<p>Les robots se d\u00e9placent \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un syst\u00e8me de cam\u00e9ras et de codes de navigation dans l&rsquo;entrep\u00f4t. La livraison directe des \u00e9tag\u00e8res rationalise et acc\u00e9l\u00e8re consid\u00e9rablement le processus de pr\u00e9paration des commandes \u2013 gr\u00e2ce notamment \u00e0 la rapidit\u00e9 des robots. Une fois la pr\u00e9paration des commandes termin\u00e9e, les robots retournent automatiquement les \u00e9tag\u00e8res \u00e0 leur emplacement correct. Pour d\u00e9terminer la disposition id\u00e9ale de l&rsquo;entrep\u00f4t et le meilleur emplacement de stockage pour chaque article, ils utilisent des donn\u00e9es historiques et des analyses de carte thermique.<\/p>\n<p>Les robots Rack-to-Person sont \u00e9galement un exemple de l&rsquo;utilisation de l&rsquo;intelligence artificielle (IA) dans les op\u00e9rations. L&rsquo;IA les aide \u00e0 s&rsquo;orienter et \u00e0 optimiser les itin\u00e9raires. Les robots sont utilis\u00e9s dans une zone de stockage ferm\u00e9e, o\u00f9 des sas de capteurs garantissent que les employ\u00e9s ne p\u00e9n\u00e8trent pas accidentellement dans la zone de travail des robots. L&rsquo;utilisation des robots, associ\u00e9e \u00e0 une utilisation plus compacte de l&rsquo;espace de stockage disponible pour les \u00e9tag\u00e8res, permet de stocker davantage de produits.
