En tant que premier fabricant de camions au monde \u00e0 avoir introduit ce type d&rsquo;acier dans ses camions \u00e9lectriques en 2022, l&rsquo;entreprise \u00e9tend maintenant l&rsquo;utilisation de l&rsquo;acier \u00e0 faible \u00e9mission de CO2 \u00e0 l&rsquo;ensemble de la cha\u00eene de traction.<\/h5>\n<p>(Ismaning) Le nouvel acier est fabriqu\u00e9 par l&rsquo;entreprise su\u00e9doise SSAB et est appel\u00e9 SSAB Zero. Il est compos\u00e9 de mat\u00e9riaux recycl\u00e9s et est produit avec de l&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 sans fossiles et du biogaz. Cela r\u00e9duit les \u00e9missions de CO2 d&rsquo;environ 80 % par rapport \u00e0 la production d&rsquo;acier traditionnel avec de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie fossile.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;ann\u00e9e prochaine, les longerons de pr\u00e8s de 12 000 mod\u00e8les Volvo FH et Volvo FM seront fabriqu\u00e9s en acier \u00e0 faible \u00e9mission de CO2. Cela permettra d&rsquo;\u00e9conomiser 6 600 tonnes d&rsquo;\u00e9quivalents CO2**. \u00c0 l&rsquo;avenir, avec la disponibilit\u00e9 croissante de l&rsquo;acier \u00e0 faible \u00e9mission de CO2, celui-ci sera utilis\u00e9 dans d&rsquo;autres mod\u00e8les de camions ainsi que dans d&rsquo;autres pi\u00e8ces du camion.<\/p>\n<h5>Remplacer d&rsquo;autres mat\u00e9riaux par des alternatives \u00e0 faibles \u00e9missions<\/h5>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0C&rsquo;est une \u00e9tape suppl\u00e9mentaire vers notre vision des \u00e9missions nulles. L&rsquo;acier est l&rsquo;un des principaux mat\u00e9riaux de nos camions. Nous pr\u00e9voyons \u00e9galement de remplacer d&rsquo;autres mat\u00e9riaux comme l&rsquo;aluminium et le plastique par des alternatives \u00e0 faibles \u00e9missions - et nous sommes fiers d&rsquo;\u00eatre des leaders dans l&rsquo;industrie en mati\u00e8re de mat\u00e9riaux durables dans nos camions\u00a0\u00bb, d\u00e9clare Jan Hjelmgren, Vice-Pr\u00e9sident Senior de la Gestion des Produits et de la Qualit\u00e9 chez Volvo Trucks.<\/p>\n<h5>Le camion est compos\u00e9 \u00e0 moiti\u00e9 d&rsquo;acier<\/h5>\n<p>Le potentiel de r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions de CO2 est important, car presque la moiti\u00e9 d&rsquo;un camion est en acier (47 % d&rsquo;un camion Volvo FH diesel), et cela repr\u00e9sente environ 44 % des \u00e9missions de CO2 provenant de la production (de l&rsquo;origine \u00e0 la porte) des 21 tonnes d&rsquo;\u00e9quivalents CO2 pour le Volvo FH diesel.<\/p>\n<p>Le groupe Volvo collabore avec plusieurs fournisseurs pour produire de l&rsquo;acier \u00e0 faible \u00e9mission de CO2. L&rsquo;acier \u00e0 faible \u00e9mission de CO2 sera un compl\u00e9ment important \u00e0 l&rsquo;acier traditionnel et recycl\u00e9 utilis\u00e9 dans les camions Volvo. Volvo Trucks s&rsquo;est engag\u00e9 \u00e0 respecter l&rsquo;Accord de Paris et vise \u00e0 ne plus g\u00e9n\u00e9rer d&rsquo;\u00e9missions de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre dans sa cha\u00eene d&rsquo;approvisionnement d&rsquo;ici 2040.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Nous nous effor\u00e7ons continuellement de minimiser notre empreinte climatique et nous nous dirigeons \u00e9galement vers une \u00e9conomie circulaire plus durable, tant dans nos op\u00e9rations que dans nos v\u00e9hicules.
