Pour une mise en \u0153uvre r\u00e9ussie, des mesures de soutien appropri\u00e9es et des progr\u00e8s dans la certification sont d\u00e9sormais n\u00e9cessaires.<\/h5>\n<p>(Berl\u00edn) \u00ab Le gouvernement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral a trouv\u00e9 un chemin plus pragmatique \u00bb, se f\u00e9licite Ralf Diemer, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l&rsquo;eFuel Alliance, de la nouvelle strat\u00e9gie. \u00ab Ne pas limiter l&rsquo;utilisation de l&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne et de ses d\u00e9riv\u00e9s \u00e0 des secteurs individuels est essentiel pour un d\u00e9marrage rapide et une r\u00e9duction rapide des co\u00fbts. Il est \u00e0 saluer que le gouvernement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral souhaite suivre cette approche orient\u00e9e vers le march\u00e9. Il est maintenant important de mettre en \u0153uvre cette strat\u00e9gie \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide de mesures appropri\u00e9es et de lever les derni\u00e8res barri\u00e8res. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>La demande allemande en hydrog\u00e8ne et ses d\u00e9riv\u00e9s est estim\u00e9e \u00e0 95-130 t\u00e9rawattheures (TWh) d&rsquo;ici 2030. Avec l&rsquo;augmentation de la demande, le besoin augmentera consid\u00e9rablement d&rsquo;ici 2045. Le gouvernement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral s&rsquo;attend \u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;en 2045, 360-500 TWh soient demand\u00e9s pour l&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne et 200 TWh suppl\u00e9mentaires pour les d\u00e9riv\u00e9s de l&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne \u2013 bien au-del\u00e0 des besoins indiqu\u00e9s dans la mise \u00e0 jour de la strat\u00e9gie nationale sur l&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne. Pour fournir ces quantit\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re fiable, en plus de la construction de pipelines appropri\u00e9s, le transport par bateau, par rail et par route doit \u00e9galement \u00eatre s\u00e9curis\u00e9, afin de pouvoir importer \u00e0 la fois de l&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne pur et ses produits d\u00e9riv\u00e9s tels que le diesel synth\u00e9tique, l&rsquo;ammoniac, le m\u00e9thane et le m\u00e9thanol en provenance de r\u00e9gions partenaires.<\/p>\n<p>Pour soutenir ces processus et le d\u00e9marrage du march\u00e9, des mesures de soutien sont extr\u00eamement importantes. L&rsquo;un des instruments de soutien centraux pour le d\u00e9marrage de l&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne vert et des eFuels en Allemagne est H2Global. Les premiers r\u00e9sultats de deux des trois tours d&rsquo;appel d&rsquo;offres ont \u00e9t\u00e9 annonc\u00e9s le 11 juillet 2024. Jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, le programme d&rsquo;achat n&rsquo;a cependant qu&rsquo;un impact insuffisant.<\/p>\n<h5>Crit\u00e8res de production restrictifs<\/h5>\n<p>\u00ab Les r\u00e9sultats des appels d&rsquo;offres montrent o\u00f9 se situent les obstacles \u00e0 la production des d\u00e9riv\u00e9s. Bien qu&rsquo;il y ait eu une offre r\u00e9ussie pour l&rsquo;e-ammoniac, les entreprises int\u00e9ress\u00e9es par le soutien \u00e0 l&rsquo;e-k\u00e9ros\u00e8ne se sont retir\u00e9es de la proc\u00e9dure. L&rsquo;une des raisons est les crit\u00e8res de production restrictifs.
