Le conseiller f\u00e9d\u00e9ral Albert R\u00f6sti a sign\u00e9, le 30 avril 2024, un document de position lors d&rsquo;un \u00e9change num\u00e9rique avec le ministre f\u00e9d\u00e9ral allemand des Num\u00e9riques et des Transports, Volker Wissing, et la ministre f\u00e9d\u00e9rale autrichienne de la Protection du climat, de l&rsquo;Environnement, de l&rsquo;\u00c9nergie, de la Mobilit\u00e9, de l&rsquo;Innovation et de la Technologie, Leonore Gewessler.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Berlin, Berne, Vienne) Le Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral a adopt\u00e9 le 10 janvier 2024 son message pour un transport ferroviaire de marchandises durable au Parlement. Un \u00e9l\u00e9ment essentiel est l&rsquo;introduction de l&rsquo;accouplement automatique num\u00e9rique. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la DAK, le transport de marchandises par rail devrait devenir plus simple, plus rapide et plus \u00e9conomique. Pour la conversion du mat\u00e9riel roulant suisse \u00e0 la DAK, le Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral pr\u00e9voit de mettre \u00e0 disposition une fois 180 millions de francs. La modernisation doit \u00eatre coordonn\u00e9e avec l&rsquo;\u00e9volution en Europe.<\/p>\n<h5>Acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la conversion \u00e9galement dans l&rsquo;UE<\/h5>\n<p>Pour faire avancer la conversion \u00e9galement dans l&rsquo;UE, le D\u00e9partement de l&rsquo;environnement, des transports, de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie et de la communication (UVEK), en collaboration avec ses minist\u00e8res partenaires en Allemagne et en Autriche, a \u00e9labor\u00e9 un document de position qui a pu \u00eatre sign\u00e9 le 30 avril 2024 dans le cadre d&rsquo;un \u00e9change virtuel. Dans celui-ci, les trois pays s&rsquo;engagent \u00e0 une introduction aussi rapide que possible et \u00e0 cofinancer la DAK. Ils demandent \u00e0 la Commission europ\u00e9enne de jouer \u00e9galement un r\u00f4le de leader, notamment en adoptant un concept pour un cofinancement de la DAK \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle de l&rsquo;UE. Les autres \u00c9tats membres de l&rsquo;UE sont \u00e9galement appel\u00e9s \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer des solutions de financement.
