Afin de mieux g\u00e9rer la situation, l&rsquo;\u00e9laboration du plan de transport de marchandises doit \u00eatre rendue plus flexible. Cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 le r\u00e9sultat d&rsquo;une rencontre des acteurs suisses \u00e0 l&rsquo;invitation de l&rsquo;Office f\u00e9d\u00e9ral des transports (OFT).<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p> (Berne) Sur le corridor de transport de marchandises nord-sud europ\u00e9en, qui traverse la Suisse, de grands travaux de construction sont pr\u00e9vus \u00e0 de nombreux endroits cette ann\u00e9e et dans les ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir, y compris en Suisse elle-m\u00eame. Cela entra\u00eene des goulets d&rsquo;\u00e9tranglement, des d\u00e9viations et des restrictions d&rsquo;exploitation pour le transport de marchandises par rail. L&rsquo;\u00e9laboration du plan de transport pour les trains de marchandises cette ann\u00e9e a donc \u00e9t\u00e9 associ\u00e9e \u00e0 des difficult\u00e9s consid\u00e9rables pour les acteurs suisses impliqu\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<h5>Pour analyser la situation et les marges d&rsquo;optimisation, l&rsquo;OFT a convoqu\u00e9 une table ronde. Ont particip\u00e9, en plus des entreprises de transport de marchandises, les secteurs d&rsquo;infrastructure de la SBB et de la BLS, la Railcom (Commission pour le transport ferroviaire) ainsi que l&rsquo;Office suisse de l&rsquo;attribution des sillons.<\/h5>\n<p> Dans le cadre de cette rencontre, il est devenu clair que l&rsquo;\u00e9laboration du plan de transport doit \u00e0 l&rsquo;avenir \u00eatre plus flexible et transparente. De plus, il doit \u00eatre possible de diriger de plus en plus de trains de marchandises du nord vers le sud et vice versa \u00e0 court terme sur des sillons libres \u00e0 travers la Suisse. Le transport de marchandises par rail doit rester comp\u00e9titif malgr\u00e9 la situation difficile des chantiers ; cela dans l&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat de la politique de transfert suisse.<\/p>\n<h5>Un deuxi\u00e8me table ronde est pr\u00e9vue \u00e0 l&rsquo;automne 2024<\/h5>\n<p> Au cours des prochains mois, les acteurs impliqu\u00e9s approfondiront les mesures n\u00e9cessaires. La coordination avec les instances \u00e9trang\u00e8res reste \u00e9galement une priorit\u00e9.
