Les grues ont \u00e9t\u00e9 livr\u00e9es en septembre 2023 et font d\u00e9sormais partie d&rsquo;une flotte de 16 grues de navires int\u00e9rieurs en service dans le port. Le port de Porto Chibat\u00e3o, fond\u00e9 en 1987, joue un r\u00f4le crucial dans les activit\u00e9s \u00e9conomiques et logistiques de la r\u00e9gion.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Rostock\/Porto Chibat\u00e3o) Le port de Porto Chibat\u00e3o dessert le parc industriel de Manaus, \u00e9galement connu sous le nom de zone de libre-\u00e9change de Manaus, et est d&rsquo;une grande importance pour le traitement du volume croissant de fret de la r\u00e9gion. Depuis 2007, Liebherr et Porto Chibat\u00e3o s&rsquo;appuient sur un partenariat commercial r\u00e9ussi et en pleine croissance. Ce partenariat se caract\u00e9rise par une strat\u00e9gie de croissance qui inclut l&rsquo;application pr\u00e9coce des grues Liebherr de type FCC et LBS dans le port, qui sont des r\u00e9f\u00e9rences mondiales. Aujourd&rsquo;hui, Porto Chibat\u00e3o est le plus grand port priv\u00e9 et client de Liebherr pour les \u00e9quipements portuaires en Am\u00e9rique latine, avec 42 grues diff\u00e9rentes, y compris des grues portiques, des grues \u00e0 chargement fixe et des grues de navires int\u00e9rieurs.<\/p>\n<p>Le port s&rsquo;\u00e9tend sur une impressionnante superficie d&rsquo;un million de m\u00e8tres carr\u00e9s. Sa capacit\u00e9 de chargement statique s&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 40 000 EVP, ce qui montre qu&rsquo;il est capable de traiter de grandes quantit\u00e9s de fret avec aisance.<\/p>\n<p>Les quatre LBS 800 sont \u00e9quip\u00e9es pour le traitement des conteneurs, avec une capacit\u00e9 de manutention allant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 35 conteneurs par heure et peuvent soulever jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 104 tonnes. Pour offrir une meilleure visibilit\u00e9 pendant l&rsquo;op\u00e9ration, les grues ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 dot\u00e9es d&rsquo;une extension de tour. Les grues reposent sur le dernier design des grues mobiles portuaires de Liebherr et disposent \u00e9galement d&rsquo;une cabine int\u00e9rieure r\u00e9vis\u00e9e et d&rsquo;une architecture globalement plus num\u00e9rique, ouvrant la voie \u00e0 une semi-automatisation et \u00e0 de futurs syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;assistance.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Soutien aux cha\u00eenes d&rsquo;approvisionnement locales et mondiales<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Le transport maritime et la logistique portuaire jouent toujours un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans la cha\u00eene d&rsquo;approvisionnement mondiale. Le quai de Porto Chibat\u00e3o se compose d&rsquo;un pont flottant ou d&rsquo;un quai de 1 026 m\u00e8tres de long pour l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e et la sortie des navires de la navigation de long cours et de cabotage. Le port a la capacit\u00e9 d&rsquo;accueillir simultan\u00e9ment huit navires avec un tirant d&rsquo;eau allant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 20 m\u00e8tres. Des compagnies maritimes telles que Hamburg S\u00fcd, Maersk Mercosul Line, Log-In, CMA-CGM, MSC desservent le port. Parmi eux, des navires de charge g\u00e9n\u00e9rale et des produits en acier destin\u00e9s au p\u00f4le industriel de Manaus.
