Les deux entreprises, qui collaborent avec succ\u00e8s sur une base contractuelle depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es, soulignent par cette \u00e9tape \u00e0 partir du 1er janvier 2024 leur coop\u00e9ration \u00e0 long terme et s&rsquo;engagent en tant que <\/strong><strong>Rhenus Partnership Hanse<\/strong><strong> dans un partenariat strat\u00e9gique encore plus intense.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Hambourg) NWL, leader du transport de conteneurs par voies navigables int\u00e9rieures \u00e0 Br\u00eame et Bremerhaven, et DBR Hambourg, sp\u00e9cialiste du transport de marchandises sur les voies navigables int\u00e9rieures, collaborent depuis de nombreuses ann\u00e9es en tant que partie du groupe Rhenus sur une base contractuelle. La collaboration \u00e9troite jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent a \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s r\u00e9ussie, si bien qu&rsquo;il \u00e9tait logique pour les deux parties de formaliser le partenariat dans le cadre de la manutention des conteneurs et de se constituer ensemble sous le nom de <em>Rhenus Partnership Hanse<\/em>. Pour les employ\u00e9s des deux entreprises, il n&rsquo;y a aucun changement dans les relations d&#8217;emploi existantes ou dans l&rsquo;attribution des sites.<\/p>\n<p>Jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, la NWL utilisait principalement les performances des navires de particuliers. Gr\u00e2ce au partenariat avec DBR Hambourg dans le segment des conteneurs, <em>Rhenus Partnership Hanse<\/em> r\u00e9alise d\u00e9sormais une utilisation \u00e9largie de la flotte ainsi qu&rsquo;une flexibilit\u00e9 accrue dans l&rsquo;exploitation. Cela contribue \u00e0 des synergies et \u00e0 une augmentation de l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle.
