Avec la r\u00e9duction pr\u00e9vue de l&rsquo;aide aux tarifs d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s, les CHEMINS DE FER DE FRET risquent une augmentation des prix de 113 % par rapport \u00e0 d\u00e9cembre 2023.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>\u00ab Un nouveau coup dur menace le transport ferroviaire de marchandises \u00bb, critique Peter Westenberger, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral des CHEMINS DE FER DE FRET. Non seulement le gouvernement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral a suspendu l&rsquo;aide aux tarifs d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s \u00e0 court terme et souhaite la poursuivre \u00e0 un niveau nettement inf\u00e9rieur, mais selon le souhait de la DB InfraGO AG, les tarifs d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s devraient \u00e9galement augmenter plus que jamais. L&rsquo;interaction entre la r\u00e9duction de l&rsquo;aide aux tarifs d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s et une augmentation simultan\u00e9e des frais entra\u00eene une hausse des co\u00fbts pour un train de marchandises standard, qui pourrait passer de 1,22 euro par kilom\u00e8tre de train \u00e0 jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 2,60 euros entre la fin de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e de planification 2023 (9 d\u00e9cembre 2023) et le d\u00e9but de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e de planification 2025 (15 d\u00e9cembre 2025) \u2013 une augmentation de 113 %.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab L&rsquo;InfraGO commence donc mal \u00bb, d\u00e9clare Westenberger. Depuis des ann\u00e9es, l&rsquo;exploitant des voies ferr\u00e9es se distingue par des co\u00fbts \u00e9lev\u00e9s et une mauvaise qualit\u00e9, ainsi qu&rsquo;un manque de compr\u00e9hension des entreprises ferroviaires. Avec la cr\u00e9ation d&rsquo;une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 d&rsquo;infrastructure orient\u00e9e vers le bien commun, l&rsquo;industrie esp\u00e9rait un changement de mentalit\u00e9. \u00ab Au lieu de cela, il appara\u00eet que les conditions de concurrence pour le rail se d\u00e9t\u00e9riorent plus rapidement et plus fortement par rapport au camion que jamais auparavant. \u00bb C&rsquo;est la logique ax\u00e9e sur le profit de la DB Netz qui se poursuit \u00e9galement avec l&rsquo;InfraGO, qui se veut orient\u00e9e vers le bien commun.<\/p>\n<h5>Des pertes de cargaison redout\u00e9es au profit de la route<\/h5>\n<p>Demain, l&rsquo;Agence f\u00e9d\u00e9rale des r\u00e9seaux discutera lors d&rsquo;une audience publique de la possibilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;approuver des tarifs d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s. \u00c0 moyen terme, la spirale des co\u00fbts ne peut \u00eatre arr\u00eat\u00e9e que par une r\u00e9forme du syst\u00e8me de tarification des acc\u00e8s dans la loi sur la r\u00e9gulation ferroviaire (ERegG).
