Ce syst\u00e8me vise \u00e0 acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer les processus logistiques chez Vectura AS et \u00e0 offrir \u00e0 l&rsquo;entreprise un service encore plus efficace et r\u00e9actif.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Offenbach\/Gjeller\u00e5sen) Le nouveau syst\u00e8me repr\u00e9sente une mise \u00e0 niveau de l&rsquo;entrep\u00f4t automatis\u00e9 de palettes de Vectura AS \u00e0 Gjeller\u00e5sen, pr\u00e8s d&rsquo;Oslo. Avec une part de 52 % du march\u00e9 norv\u00e9gien, Vectura livre au total 50 millions de palettes par an \u00e0 des grossistes, \u00e0 l&rsquo;industrie h\u00f4teli\u00e8re et de la restauration, ainsi qu&rsquo;aux magasins d&rsquo;\u00c9tat Vinmonopolet. Ces derniers d\u00e9tiennent en Norv\u00e8ge le monopole national de la vente de boissons contenant plus de 4,75 % d&rsquo;alcool. Le tampon d&rsquo;exp\u00e9dition dynamique int\u00e9gr\u00e9 au syst\u00e8me Dematic permet \u00e0 Vectura d&rsquo;atteindre un degr\u00e9 d&rsquo;automatisation plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 pour la pr\u00e9paration et le traitement des commandes.<\/p>\n<p>Le syst\u00e8me automatis\u00e9 de stockage tampon et de s\u00e9quen\u00e7age a \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9 sur une structure de mezzanine d&rsquo;environ 700 m\u00e8tres carr\u00e9s. Il s&rsquo;\u00e9tend sur deux niveaux pour optimiser l&rsquo;utilisation de l&rsquo;espace disponible. \u00c0 un niveau, les palettes sont pr\u00e9par\u00e9es et stock\u00e9es, puis elles sont transf\u00e9r\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;autre niveau dans la zone d&rsquo;exp\u00e9dition \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un \u00e9l\u00e9vateur et de chariots de transfert.
