Cette d\u00e9cision comprend \u00e9galement d&rsquo;autres adaptations des r\u00e9glementations suisses au droit international. Les r\u00e9glementations entreront en vigueur le 15.07.2023.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Berne) La deuxi\u00e8me version du tachygraphe intelligent, \u00e9galement appel\u00e9e GEN2 V2, sera introduite en parall\u00e8le avec l&rsquo;UE. Les nouveaux v\u00e9hicules doivent \u00eatre \u00e9quip\u00e9s de ce tachygraphe lors de leur premi\u00e8re mise sur le march\u00e9 \u00e0 partir du 21 ao\u00fbt 2023.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le transport transfrontalier, une obligation de mise \u00e0 niveau \u00e9chelonn\u00e9e s&rsquo;applique aux v\u00e9hicules \u00e9quip\u00e9s d&rsquo;anciennes versions. \u00c0 partir du 1er janvier 2025, les tachygraphes analogiques et les anciens tachygraphes num\u00e9riques ne seront plus autoris\u00e9s, et d&rsquo;ici le 18 ao\u00fbt 2025, les tachygraphes intelligents de la premi\u00e8re version (GEN2 V1) devront \u00e9galement \u00eatre remplac\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Pour les v\u00e9hicules en circulation int\u00e9rieure, il n&rsquo;y a g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas d&rsquo;obligation de mise \u00e0 niveau. Cependant, si l&rsquo;option suisse est utilis\u00e9e pour immatriculer un v\u00e9hicule avec un tachygraphe GEN2 V1 entre le 21 ao\u00fbt 2023 et le 31 mai 2024, celui-ci doit \u00eatre remplac\u00e9 au plus tard lors du premier contr\u00f4le apr\u00e8s 24 mois.<\/p>\n<p>Les nouveaux appareils reconnaissent dans quel pays ils se trouvent et enregistrent les passages de fronti\u00e8res. Ils sont connect\u00e9s au r\u00e9seau satellite mondial Galileo et peuvent v\u00e9rifier l&rsquo;authenticit\u00e9 des signaux satellites. Comme les tachygraphes actuels GEN2 V1, les nouveaux appareils prennent en charge une interrogation \u00e0 distance des donn\u00e9es pour la police. Les donn\u00e9es ne peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es que pour la s\u00e9lection pr\u00e9alable lors des contr\u00f4les routiers et incluent d\u00e9sormais \u00e9galement des indications sur d&rsquo;\u00e9ventuels d\u00e9passements de temps de conduite.<\/p>\n<p>Le syst\u00e8me GEN2 V2 comprend \u00e9galement de nouvelles cartes de tachygraphe avec plus d&rsquo;espace de stockage. Les cartes continueront d&rsquo;\u00eatre d\u00e9livr\u00e9es par l&rsquo;ASTRA et seront \u00e9mises avant le 21 ao\u00fbt 2023.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>R\u00e9glementations expirantes pour les si\u00e8ges d&rsquo;enfants<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>D&rsquo;autres ajustements concernent l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration des r\u00e9glementations internationales de construction et d&rsquo;\u00e9quipement pour les v\u00e9hicules et les composants. Ainsi, les nouveaux si\u00e8ges d&rsquo;enfants, qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 test\u00e9s selon le r\u00e8glement UNECE n\u00b0 44, ne pourront plus \u00eatre vendus ou mis \u00e0 disposition d&rsquo;une autre mani\u00e8re \u00e0 partir du 1er septembre 2024. Cette r\u00e9glementation a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 adopt\u00e9e par l&rsquo;UE. Les si\u00e8ges sont reconnaissables \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tiquette orange portant la mention \u00ab ECE R44&#8230; \u00bb et au symbole de test circulaire avec un grand \u00ab E \u00bb \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur.
