Lors du dernier tour de financement, l&rsquo;entreprise fond\u00e9e en 2020 a r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 lever un total de 3,6 millions d&rsquo;euros aupr\u00e8s d&rsquo;investisseurs existants et de nouveaux bailleurs de fonds.<\/h5>\n<p>(Francfort) Dominik F\u00fcrste, PDG et co-fondateur de Rail-Flow, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 lors de l&rsquo;officialisation de l&rsquo;augmentation de capital le vendredi 5 mai 2023 \u00e0 Berlin : \u00ab Rail-Flow s&rsquo;est d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 rapidement depuis sa cr\u00e9ation. Sur le terrain, nos solutions ont prouv\u00e9 qu&rsquo;elles peuvent contribuer de mani\u00e8re significative \u00e0 faire avancer la num\u00e9risation dans le secteur du transport et \u00e0 simplifier la coop\u00e9ration entre les modes de transport routier et ferroviaire. Ainsi, nous contribuons \u00e0 transf\u00e9rer davantage de marchandises de la route vers le rail. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Les investisseurs estiment hautement la durabilit\u00e9 de Rail-Flow.<\/p>\n<h5>Parmi les investisseurs figurent des experts du secteur tels que :<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>les fonds de capital-risque Rethink Ventures et Futury Capital<\/li>\n<li>Katrin Suder, investisseuse, conseill\u00e8re senior et membre du conseil de surveillance<\/li>\n<li>Alexander Hedderich, ancien PDG de DB Schenker Rail et pr\u00e9sident du conseil consultatif de Rail-Flow<\/li>\n<li>Dr. J\u00fcrgen Ringbeck, investisseur en s\u00e9rie et professeur honoraire \u00e0 la WHU (Otto Beisheim School of Management)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Avec ce nouveau tour de financement, le fournisseur de plateformes neutre et ind\u00e9pendant atteint une nouvelle \u00e9tape et se rapproche un peu plus de sa vision : les fondateurs de Rail-Flow, Dominik F\u00fcrste et Osman Akdemir, souhaitent transf\u00e9rer davantage de transports de marchandises de la route vers le rail et num\u00e9riser le transport de marchandises ferroviaires en lui-m\u00eame. Cela est rendu possible gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 divers modules au sein de la plateforme Rail-Flow, qui num\u00e9risent et rendent plus efficaces les processus allant de la cr\u00e9ation d&rsquo;offres \u00e0 la tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 en temps r\u00e9el jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la facturation. L&rsquo;offre de la plateforme simplifie ainsi le traitement des transports de marchandises ferroviaires et multimodaux. La plateforme de gestion des achats et des appels d&rsquo;offres a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9e en 2020 comme premi\u00e8re solution sur le march\u00e9 et constitue une place de march\u00e9 pour le transport de marchandises ferroviaires conventionnelles.<\/p>\n<p>Rail-Flow voit particuli\u00e8rement un besoin de rattrapage ici, auquel il r\u00e9pond avec ses modules Rail Offer et Rail Transport Management. L&rsquo;offre est donc \u00e9galement int\u00e9ressante pour les petites entreprises de transport et les exp\u00e9diteurs, facilitant ainsi l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e dans le transport combin\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque les marchandises sont transport\u00e9es par rail plut\u00f4t que par route, les \u00e9missions sont r\u00e9duites de 9 fois et la consommation d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie de 6 fois.
