Alors que le nouvel entrep\u00f4t de conteneurs r\u00e9cemment ouvert est tr\u00e8s demand\u00e9, le d\u00e9m\u00e9nageur pr\u00e9voit la construction d&rsquo;un b\u00e2timent de bureaux et d&rsquo;un entrep\u00f4t au m\u00eame emplacement. Avec un carnet de commandes plein pour le premier semestre, le d\u00e9m\u00e9nageur HARDER Logistics a d\u00e9marr\u00e9 l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2023. Le directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Marcello Danieli tire \u00e9galement un bilan positif de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e \u00e9coul\u00e9e.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Neu-Ulm) Danieli se r\u00e9jouit particuli\u00e8rement du succ\u00e8s de l&rsquo;entrep\u00f4t de conteneurs enti\u00e8rement automatis\u00e9 ouvert en juin 2022 \u00e0 Neu-Ulm. \u00ab La demande est forte, notamment pour l&rsquo;application qui permet aux utilisateurs d&rsquo;acc\u00e9der \u00e0 leurs conteneurs de mani\u00e8re autonome 24\/7. Avec environ 190 conteneurs, l&rsquo;entrep\u00f4t est d\u00e9j\u00e0 r\u00e9serv\u00e9 \u00e0 75 %. \u00bb L&rsquo;entrepreneur s&rsquo;attend \u00e0 une pleine capacit\u00e9 d&rsquo;ici mi-2024. Cela d\u00e9pend \u00e9galement des conteneurs de stockage actuellement peu disponibles sur le march\u00e9. Pour rendre les conteneurs plus flexibles pour les clients sur place, l&rsquo;entreprise a r\u00e9cemment investi un demi-million d&rsquo;euros dans un v\u00e9hicule de grue de chargement qui sera livr\u00e9 ce printemps. \u00c0 moyen terme, HARDER Logistics pr\u00e9voit d&rsquo;agrandir l&rsquo;entrep\u00f4t de conteneurs en doublant le nombre de places de 250 \u00e0 500.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Deux \u00e0 trois grands projets par mois<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Les secteurs d&rsquo;activit\u00e9 des d\u00e9m\u00e9nagements d&rsquo;entreprises, des d\u00e9m\u00e9nagements d&rsquo;objets, des relocalisations industrielles ainsi que du Clean-up (restauration des biens immobiliers \u00e0 leur \u00e9tat d&rsquo;origine) ont connu une \u00e9volution particuli\u00e8rement positive l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re. \u00ab En moyenne, nous avons g\u00e9r\u00e9 environ deux \u00e0 trois grands projets par mois en plus de notre activit\u00e9 quotidienne. Par exemple, nous accompagnons actuellement la fermeture de l&rsquo;usine du fabricant de conserves de poisson Hawesta \u00e0 L\u00fcbeck avec nos activit\u00e9s de Clean-up, ainsi que le d\u00e9m\u00e9nagement partiel de lignes de production vers R\u00fcgenfisch \u00e0 Sa\u00dfnitz \u00bb, rapporte Danieli. Un autre point fort en 2022 a \u00e9t\u00e9 les activit\u00e9s logistiques pour les h\u00f4pitaux. Ainsi, le d\u00e9m\u00e9nageur a notamment pris en charge le d\u00e9m\u00e9nagement de la clinique Sana avec pr\u00e8s de 400 lits dans un nouveau b\u00e2timent \u00e0 Biberach. Un autre projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 le d\u00e9m\u00e9nagement complet de l&rsquo;ancienne clinique pulmonaire de St. Blasien, qui op\u00e8re aujourd&rsquo;hui sous le nom de clinique pulmonaire de Breisgau, d&rsquo;un b\u00e2timent historique vers Waldkirch, situ\u00e9 \u00e0 75 km.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Strat\u00e9gie environnementale poursuivie de mani\u00e8re coh\u00e9rente<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Pour la quatri\u00e8me ann\u00e9e cons\u00e9cutive, le d\u00e9m\u00e9nageur a pu afficher un r\u00e9sultat climatiquement neutre gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des mesures de compensation. \u00ab Notre objectif est de continuer \u00e0 orienter notre strat\u00e9gie environnementale de mani\u00e8re coh\u00e9rente afin de devenir le plus rapidement possible climatiquement positif \u00bb, d\u00e9clare Danieli. Par exemple, la conversion de plus de 40 chariots \u00e9l\u00e9vateurs \u00e0 des entra\u00eenements \u00e9lectriques est bien avanc\u00e9e. Environ 95 % des chariots \u00e9l\u00e9vateurs fonctionnent d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9. En ce qui concerne la flotte de plus de 30 v\u00e9hicules, Danieli envisage d&rsquo;opter pour la mobilit\u00e9 \u00e9lectrique pour les transports de proximit\u00e9 et d&rsquo;utiliser des camions \u00e0 hydrog\u00e8ne pour les longues distances, mais une d\u00e9cision finale est encore en attente. \u00ab Nous investirons dans des v\u00e9hicules de d\u00e9m\u00e9nagement \u00e9lectriques d\u00e8s que la capacit\u00e9 de charge \u00e9lectrique de notre site sera suffisamment assur\u00e9e. \u00c0 partir de 2025, des camions \u00e0 hydrog\u00e8ne devraient \u00eatre ajout\u00e9s, si la technologie est suffisamment mature d&rsquo;ici l\u00e0 \u00bb, pr\u00e9voit Danieli.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Investissement pr\u00e9vu dans un entrep\u00f4t logistique et un b\u00e2timent de bureaux<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Exploiter l&rsquo;entreprise de mani\u00e8re climatiquement positive est \u00e0 port\u00e9e de main d\u00e8s que la prochaine phase de construction sur le nouveau site sera achev\u00e9e. Sur le terrain \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de l&rsquo;entrep\u00f4t de conteneurs, un entrep\u00f4t logistique et un b\u00e2timent de bureaux seront construits, afin que toutes les activit\u00e9s soient g\u00e9r\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re centralis\u00e9e depuis un seul site. Une s\u00e9rie de mesures de construction seront mises en \u0153uvre et un vaste syst\u00e8me photovolta\u00efque sera install\u00e9 pour devenir ind\u00e9pendant des fournisseurs d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie.
