Le nouveau LHM 600 HR renforce une flotte existante de quatre autres grues mobiles portuaires Liebherr. Il est destin\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;exploitation des conteneurs et doit \u00eatre op\u00e9rationnel 24 heures sur 24. La fiabilit\u00e9 et la flexibilit\u00e9 de la grue ainsi que la confiance dans le service \u00e9taient les principales raisons pour lesquelles le client a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d&rsquo;investir davantage dans les machines Liebherr.<\/h5>\n<p>(Rostock\/Salerno) Le terminal \u00e0 conteneurs de Salerne, abr\u00e9g\u00e9 SCT, est un n\u0153ud maritime qui relie les r\u00e9seaux mondiaux de transport de conteneurs aux march\u00e9s d&rsquo;importation et d&rsquo;exportation du sud et du centre de l&rsquo;Italie. Le port de Salerne a \u00e9t\u00e9 inaugur\u00e9 en 1977 avec le premier navire \u00e0 conteneurs et fait aujourd&rsquo;hui partie des principales installations portuaires italiennes, fournissant plus de 40 % des consommateurs du pays. SCT dispose d\u00e9j\u00e0 d&rsquo;une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 d&rsquo;\u00e9quipements portuaires Liebherr et de grues mobiles portuaires, dont deux LHM 800 et deux LHM 600, tous deux en version High Rise ou HR.<\/p>\n<p>La nouvelle grue est \u00e9quip\u00e9e d&rsquo;une extension de tour de 12 m\u00e8tres. Les grues de ce type b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d&rsquo;une meilleure visibilit\u00e9 sur la charge\/conteneur gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une cabine plus haute, qui pour la nouvelle grue atteint 37,1 m\u00e8tres. Le point d&rsquo;articulation est \u00e9galement plus \u00e9lev\u00e9, permettant de servir des navires plus grands. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la plus grande port\u00e9e de la grue, plus de rang\u00e9es de conteneurs peuvent \u00eatre prises en charge. La nouvelle grue est \u00e9galement \u00e9quip\u00e9e de spreaders \u00e0 double levage VDL avec <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-22237 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/transportjournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2025\/12\/Liebherr_21.1.23_2-164x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"340\" height=\"622\" \/> une capacit\u00e9 de 2 x 32,5 tonnes. La grue est donc suffisamment puissante pour soulever deux conteneurs simultan\u00e9ment. Cela permet une utilisation particuli\u00e8rement efficace lors du transbordement de conteneurs. De plus, cette livraison a atteint un temps de traitement remarquablement rapide : la commande a \u00e9t\u00e9 finalis\u00e9e en novembre et la grue a \u00e9t\u00e9 livr\u00e9e \u00e0 SCT le 29 d\u00e9cembre 2022.<\/p>\n<h5>Maintien d&rsquo;une haute efficacit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle<\/h5>\n<p>\u00ab La comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 des ports n&rsquo;est plus mesur\u00e9e uniquement par le volume de trafic \u00bb, explique Agostino Gallozzi, pr\u00e9sident du terminal \u00e0 conteneurs de Salerne. \u00ab L&rsquo;indice de connectivit\u00e9, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire le nombre de diff\u00e9rents march\u00e9s dans le monde auxquels le port peut garantir une connexion maritime au profit des entreprises locales, devient de plus en plus important. L&rsquo;utilisation des grues mobiles portuaires Liebherr est inestimable pour maintenir une haute efficacit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle et une capacit\u00e9 commerciale. Et nos investissements continus dans ces machines nous ont aid\u00e9s \u00e0 atteindre une croissance cibl\u00e9e et \u00e0 obtenir un indice de connectivit\u00e9 beaucoup plus fort. \u00bb<\/p>\n<h5>Pr\u00e9vu pour un fonctionnement continu<\/h5>\n<p>La nouvelle LHM 600 HR renforcera le quai pour le transbordement de conteneurs et est pr\u00e9vue pour un fonctionnement continu. La grue mobile portuaire a une port\u00e9e de 58 m\u00e8tres et constitue un autre \u00e9l\u00e9ment important de l&rsquo;infrastructure portuaire de SCT, qui est d\u00e9j\u00e0 soutenue par quatre autres grues mobiles portuaires Liebherr. Deux de ces grues peuvent servir des navires Post-Panamax et sont capables de transborder jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 22 rang\u00e9es de conteneurs transversalement, ce qui correspond \u00e0 une capacit\u00e9 de navire de 15 000 TEU. SCT est en fonctionnement continu toute l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e. Le trafic de conteneurs a augment\u00e9 vers la fin de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2022, y compris une croissance des TEU de 11,64 % et 11,16 % en octobre et novembre.<\/p>\n<p>SCT a continu\u00e9 d&rsquo;investir dans son infrastructure portuaire et enregistre d\u00e9sormais en moyenne 21 accostages de navires \u00e0 conteneurs par semaine.
