L&rsquo;\u00ab initiative des chauffeurs \u00bb des Routiers Suisses est donc rejet\u00e9e, comme a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 une assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale extraordinaire aujourd&rsquo;hui.<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt;font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">(Berne) Lors d&rsquo;une assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale extraordinaire \u00e0 Berne, l&rsquo;association suisse des v\u00e9hicules utilitaires ASTAG a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 aujourd&rsquo;hui de ne pas soutenir l&rsquo;\u00ab initiative des chauffeurs \u00bb lanc\u00e9e en juin par Les Routiers Suisses LRS. La d\u00e9cision a \u00e9t\u00e9 prise \u00e0 l&rsquo;unanimit\u00e9. L&rsquo;ASTAG ne contribuera donc pas \u00e0 la collecte de signatures en cours, et si l&rsquo;initiative devait effectivement aboutir, la position sera un refus.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><strong><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt;font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Salaire minimum contraignant<\/span><\/strong><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt;font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Un salaire minimum contraignant \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle nationale, inscrit dans la Constitution f\u00e9d\u00e9rale, est principalement rejet\u00e9. Au lieu de cela, le secteur continue de s&rsquo;appuyer sur le partenariat social existant avec LRS, y compris la libert\u00e9 contractuelle en mati\u00e8re de salaires pour les employeurs et les employ\u00e9s, qui a fait ses preuves depuis 2014. Comme le montre une enqu\u00eate repr\u00e9sentative de gfs.bern, les salaires dans le secteur du transport routier en Suisse sont appropri\u00e9s et \u00e9quitables, avec une moyenne de plus de 5&rsquo;500 francs par mois. Le Secr\u00e9tariat d&rsquo;\u00c9tat \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie SECO et la Commission tripartite TPK de la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration ont \u00e0 plusieurs reprises soulign\u00e9 que le secteur du transport se comporte correctement en mati\u00e8re de salaires.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5>Les interventions de l&rsquo;\u00c9tat entra\u00eenent une harmonisation des salaires vers le bas<\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt;font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Devant environ 120 d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s, le conseiller aux \u00c9tats et pr\u00e9sident central de l&rsquo;ASTAG, Thierry Burkart, a soulign\u00e9 que l&rsquo;\u00ab initiative des chauffeurs \u00bb est contre-productive : \u00ab Les interventions de l&rsquo;\u00c9tat entra\u00eenent une harmonisation des salaires vers le bas ! \u00bb Il a fermement demand\u00e9, lors d&rsquo;une table ronde avec le pr\u00e9sident central Markus Odermatt et le secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral David Piras, qui repr\u00e9sentent les Routiers, un engagement accru en faveur de la promotion des jeunes. Depuis des ann\u00e9es, l&rsquo;ASTAG s&rsquo;efforce avec succ\u00e8s, \u00e0 travers diverses actions (par exemple, des salons, Swiss Skills), de motiver le plus grand nombre possible de jeunes et de personnes en reconversion \u00e0 choisir une carri\u00e8re dans le transport routier - malheureusement sans soutien de la part de LRS. L&rsquo;\u00ab initiative des chauffeurs \u00bb est d\u00e9sormais m\u00eame une publicit\u00e9 n\u00e9gative pour l&rsquo;ensemble du secteur.
