Malgr\u00e9 les d\u00e9fis actuels, le sujet du personnel figure en t\u00eate de la liste des priorit\u00e9s pour les planifications strat\u00e9giques \u00e0 long terme des entreprises. Lors de la r\u00e9union du conseil d&rsquo;administration du VVW le 14 septembre, Dierk Hochgesang (SVG) a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9\u00e9lu pr\u00e9sident et Markus Suchert (DSLV) en tant que vice-pr\u00e9sident.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Argument pour l&rsquo;acquisition de personnel<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Avec la Mobilit\u00e9sRente, les principales associations de transport r\u00e9unies au sein de la caisse de retraite du secteur des transports (VVW) soutiennent la fid\u00e9lisation et l&rsquo;acquisition de personnel dans les entreprises de transport et logistique, de transport de marchandises, de gestion des d\u00e9chets et de transport de personnes.
