L&rsquo;Association suisse des v\u00e9hicules utilitaires (ASTAG) exige une poursuite de l&rsquo;expansion des infrastructures afin de garantir un approvisionnement et une \u00e9vacuation fluides en Suisse. Ce n&rsquo;est qu&rsquo;ainsi que les d\u00e9tours et les co\u00fbts suppl\u00e9mentaires massifs peuvent \u00eatre \u00e9vit\u00e9s - au b\u00e9n\u00e9fice de l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie et de l&rsquo;environnement.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Berne) L&rsquo;Association des v\u00e9hicules utilitaires ASTAG se dit pr\u00e9occup\u00e9e par l&rsquo;augmentation disproportionn\u00e9e des heures de congestion par rapport au kilom\u00e9trage. En 2021, le trafic s&rsquo;est retrouv\u00e9 en congestion pendant un total de 32 481 heures sur les routes suisses, atteignant ainsi un niveau comparable \u00e0 celui d&rsquo;avant la pand\u00e9mie. Par rapport \u00e0 l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente (22 575 heures de congestion), cela repr\u00e9sente une augmentation de +43,9 %. La cause de l&rsquo;augmentation des heures de congestion est dans la plupart des cas la surcharge de trafic (89 %). Cela souligne la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d&rsquo;une expansion imm\u00e9diate de l&rsquo;infrastructure routi\u00e8re. Ainsi, l&rsquo;ASTAG exige toujours une r\u00e9vision syst\u00e9matique des axes principaux en coordination avec l&rsquo;expansion des axes secondaires. Ce n&rsquo;est qu&rsquo;ainsi que le flux de circulation peut \u00eatre garanti.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Double charge aux heures de pointe<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Le probl\u00e8me de l&rsquo;augmentation massive des heures de congestion est grave pour le secteur du transport routier, comme le montre un aper\u00e7u du nouveau calendrier hebdomadaire et quotidien du volume de trafic : le matin, le trafic de travail et le soir, le trafic d&rsquo;achats et de loisirs entra\u00eenent une augmentation du volume de circulation. Pendant ces deux p\u00e9riodes, la demande de biens de l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie et des consommateurs atteint \u00e9galement son apog\u00e9e. Le matin, la livraison des marchandises doit \u00eatre assur\u00e9e. Le soir, le ramassage est effectu\u00e9 pour garantir la livraison ponctuelle des biens pour le lendemain.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abL&rsquo;augmentation des heures de congestion menace ce processus syst\u00e9mique\u00bb, avertit le pr\u00e9sident central de l&rsquo;ASTAG, Thierry Burkart. Elle entra\u00eene des co\u00fbts suppl\u00e9mentaires \u00e9lev\u00e9s en raison des pertes de productivit\u00e9 tant pour le secteur du transport que pour l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie et la population.
