L&rsquo;acier est produit par l&rsquo;entreprise su\u00e9doise SSAB et les camions \u00e9lectriques lourds de Volvo seront les premiers \u00e0 l&rsquo;utiliser.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Stockholm)L&rsquo;acier de SSAB est fabriqu\u00e9 avec une toute nouvelle technologie bas\u00e9e sur l&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne. Le r\u00e9sultat est une empreinte climatique beaucoup plus faible que celle de l&rsquo;acier produit de mani\u00e8re conventionnelle. Dans une petite mesure, l&rsquo;acier sera utilis\u00e9 dans les camions \u00e9lectriques lourds de Volvo \u00e0 partir du troisi\u00e8me trimestre 2022.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Nous allons augmenter l&rsquo;utilisation de mat\u00e9riaux sans fossiles dans tous nos camions, afin de les rendre climatiquement neutres non seulement en fonctionnement, mais aussi dans les mat\u00e9riaux dont ils sont fabriqu\u00e9s\u00a0\u00bb, d\u00e9clare Jessica Sandstr\u00f6m, vice-pr\u00e9sidente senior de la gestion des produits chez Volvo Trucks.<\/p>\n<p>Le premier acier fabriqu\u00e9 \u00e0 partir d&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne sera utilis\u00e9 dans les longerons du camion, qui constituent la colonne vert\u00e9brale du camion sur laquelle toutes les autres principales composants sont mont\u00e9s. Avec l&rsquo;augmentation de la disponibilit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;acier sans fossiles, celui-ci sera \u00e9galement utilis\u00e9 dans d&rsquo;autres parties du camion.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>90 % d&rsquo;un camion Volvo peuvent \u00eatre recycl\u00e9s<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Environ 30 % des mat\u00e9riaux d&rsquo;un nouveau camion Volvo proviennent aujourd&rsquo;hui de mat\u00e9riaux recycl\u00e9s. Jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 90 % du camion peuvent \u00eatre recycl\u00e9s \u00e0 la fin de sa dur\u00e9e de vie.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Nous nous effor\u00e7ons constamment de minimiser notre empreinte carbone. De plus, nous visons une durabilit\u00e9 accrue, tant dans nos op\u00e9rations que dans nos v\u00e9hicules\u00a0\u00bb, d\u00e9clare Jessica Sandstr\u00f6m.<\/p>\n<p>Le groupe Volvo collabore avec SSAB sur l&rsquo;acier sans fossiles depuis 2021. La premi\u00e8re machine, un porteur fabriqu\u00e9 en acier sans fossiles, a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e en octobre 2021.
