Le secteur des transports \u00e9choue \u00e9galement \u00e0 atteindre les objectifs climatiques en 2021. Le ministre f\u00e9d\u00e9ral des Transports, Volker Wissing, doit pr\u00e9senter un programme d&rsquo;urgence. Le rail est pr\u00eat avec des solutions innovantes et peut imm\u00e9diatement r\u00e9duire les \u00e9missions de CO2 de 80 %.<\/h5>\n<p>(Berl\u00edn) Le secteur des transports continue de manquer les objectifs de protection climatique fix\u00e9s par la loi. Comme l&rsquo;a confirm\u00e9 le conseil d&rsquo;experts sur les questions climatiques, le secteur des transports \u2013 en particulier le transport de marchandises par camion \u2013 a \u00e9mis trois millions de tonnes de CO2 de trop l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re. Conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la loi sur la protection du climat, le ministre des Transports Wissing doit maintenant pr\u00e9senter rapidement un programme d&rsquo;urgence pour atteindre les valeurs cibles. Cette nouvelle d\u00e9viation s&rsquo;inscrit dans une longue cha\u00eene, car cela fait d\u00e9j\u00e0 30 ans que le secteur des transports accuse un retard significatif dans la r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions de CO2. Un retournement rapide de tendance n&rsquo;est toujours pas en vue : \u00ab\u00a0Il faudra encore tr\u00e8s longtemps avant que les technologies vertes \u00e0 base d&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 et d&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne soient disponibles de mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9e et rentable pour le transport lourd de marchandises sur la route\u00a0\u00bb, d\u00e9clare Sebastian Ruckes, membre du conseil d&rsquo;administration de l&rsquo;initiative ferroviaire shift2030. \u00ab\u00a0Seul le rail peut imm\u00e9diatement r\u00e9duire de mani\u00e8re significative les \u00e9missions de CO2 dans le transport de marchandises \u2013 jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 80 % par rapport aux camions diesel. Nous appelons donc le ministre Wissing \u00e0 mettre clairement l&rsquo;accent sur le transport ferroviaire de marchandises respectueux du climat dans le programme d&rsquo;urgence\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Demandes de financements cibl\u00e9s<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>\u00c0 cet \u00e9gard, en plus de financements cibl\u00e9s pour compenser les charges dues \u00e0 l&rsquo;augmentation massive des co\u00fbts de l&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 ferroviaire, des mesures sont particuli\u00e8rement importantes pour soutenir les exp\u00e9diteurs et les transporteurs dans leur transition de la route vers le rail : \u00ab\u00a0Des offres comp\u00e9titives sont disponibles sur le march\u00e9 et de nombreuses innovations ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 introduites, notamment par des chemins de fer priv\u00e9s. Cela a augment\u00e9 l&rsquo;attractivit\u00e9 et la capacit\u00e9 logistique du rail. Cependant, les d\u00e9cideurs manquent souvent d&rsquo;une vue d&rsquo;ensemble des possibilit\u00e9s de passer au rail\u00a0\u00bb, explique Ruckes. Par cons\u00e9quent, des actions soutenues par le minist\u00e8re des Transports qui conseillent les entreprises et les aident \u00e0 s&rsquo;int\u00e9grer, par exemple en collaboration avec les chambres de commerce locales, seraient utiles. Comme exemples d&rsquo;offres innovantes pour l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e, Ruckes cite la plateforme &lsquo;Match2Rail&rsquo;, qui permet aux exp\u00e9diteurs de faire correspondre confortablement leurs flux de transport avec les offres de transport combin\u00e9, ou le &lsquo;Intermodal Capacity Broker&rsquo;, qui permet aux transporteurs de r\u00e9server des transports intermodaux continus, m\u00eame s&rsquo;ils ne disposent pas de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipement appropri\u00e9 ou d&rsquo;un r\u00e9seau de partenaires pour le soi-disant premier et dernier kilom\u00e8tre sur la route.<\/p>\n<h5>Le rail est \u00e9conome en \u00e9nergie<\/h5>\n<p>Lors du transfert de transports vers le rail, un effet positif suppl\u00e9mentaire se manifeste en plus de la r\u00e9duction des CO2, qui ne pourrait pas \u00eatre plus pertinent dans la situation actuelle : \u00ab\u00a0Le rail est extr\u00eamement \u00e9conome en \u00e9nergie \u2013 car pour le transport de marchandises, il faut cinq fois moins d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie que sur la route.
