Depuis Essen, Knuspr approvisionnera la r\u00e9gion de la Ruhr. <em>BNP Paribas<\/em> Real Estate a \u00e9t\u00e9 consult\u00e9 lors de la location.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Essen) Le groupe Greyfield a acquis l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re l&rsquo;ancienne imprimerie du groupe Funke Medien dans le centre-ville d&rsquo;Essen, Schederhofstra\u00dfe 55, afin de d\u00e9velopper le b\u00e2timent existant en un centre logistique durable et futuriste, avec un fort accent sur le respect des crit\u00e8res ESG. Le b\u00e2timent dispose d\u00e9j\u00e0 d&rsquo;un jumeau num\u00e9rique et sera dot\u00e9 d&rsquo;un certificat de cycle de vie CO2 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une mesure transparente de l&rsquo;impact climatique.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Michel Konkol<\/strong>, d\u00e9veloppeur de projets chez Greyfield : \u00ab En tant que d\u00e9veloppeur de projets, nous adoptons une approche globale. Pour nous, la durabilit\u00e9 et la protection du climat ne sont pas seulement au c\u0153ur de notre mod\u00e8le \u00e9conomique, mais nous visons \u00e9galement \u00e0 attirer des utilisateurs partageant le m\u00eame objectif.
