Avec un volume de manutention d&rsquo;environ 37,4 millions de tonnes, les 23 entreprises logistiques et soci\u00e9t\u00e9s d&rsquo;exploitation organis\u00e9es dans la \u00ab\u00a0Communaut\u00e9 des ports de la Rh\u00e9nanie-du-Nord-Westphalie\u00a0\u00bb ont retrouv\u00e9 le niveau d&rsquo;avant l&rsquo;\u00e9clatement de la pand\u00e9mie.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Neuss) \u00ab\u00a0L&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2021 nous montre clairement que nous sommes sur la bonne voie. Ainsi, les volumes ont augment\u00e9 de plus de 14 % par rapport \u00e0 l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. Les ports membres sont des partenaires tr\u00e8s fiables pour l&rsquo;industrie et le commerce, garantissant l&rsquo;approvisionnement en tant que plaque tournante logistique et soutenant la reprise \u00e9conomique\u00a0\u00bb, explique Jan S\u00f6nke Eckel, pr\u00e9sident de la Communaut\u00e9 des ports NRW. En 2020, le volume de manutention avait encore \u00e9t\u00e9 de 32,7 millions de tonnes.<\/p>\n<p>Face \u00e0 la p\u00e9nurie de main-d&rsquo;\u0153uvre dans le secteur du transport \u2013 en particulier chez les conducteurs de poids lourds \u2013 l&rsquo;importance du syst\u00e8me efficace de voies navigables, y compris les connexions ferroviaires associ\u00e9es, augmente encore. Les avantages sont \u00e9vidents : avec les modes de transport durables que sont le bateau int\u00e9rieur et le train, les marchandises sont transport\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re \u00e9cologiquement plus sens\u00e9e. Les terminaux trimodaux en Rh\u00e9nanie-du-Nord-Westphalie garantissent que l&rsquo;approvisionnement et l&rsquo;\u00e9vacuation de l&rsquo;industrie et de la population sont toujours assur\u00e9s. Et contrairement aux routes surcharg\u00e9es, les limites de capacit\u00e9 sur les rivi\u00e8res et les canaux ne sont pas encore atteintes.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Besoins de soutien politique identifi\u00e9s<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Pour que les ports puissent s\u00e9curiser et d\u00e9velopper leur importance syst\u00e9mique, la Communaut\u00e9 des ports NRW identifie un besoin de soutien politique. Il existe \u00e9galement en Rh\u00e9nanie-du-Nord-Westphalie des efforts communaux r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9s pour r\u00e9affecter encore plus de surfaces portuaires existantes \u00e0 des projets de d\u00e9veloppement urbain. \u00ab\u00a0Le souhait d&rsquo;utiliser des zones pr\u00e8s des eaux \u00e0 des fins d&rsquo;urbanisme est tout \u00e0 fait compr\u00e9hensible.
