Cet investissement, qui vise principalement \u00e0 renforcer la logistique du r\u00e9seau, transforme l&rsquo;ancienne chambre froide de l&rsquo;usine en un HUB de transport moderne et performant avec de g\u00e9n\u00e9reuses capacit\u00e9s de transbordement pour les produits surgel\u00e9s et frais. De plus, dans le cadre de l&rsquo;extension, la capacit\u00e9 de stockage des produits surgel\u00e9s a \u00e9t\u00e9 augment\u00e9e de 20 000 emplacements et un syst\u00e8me photovolta\u00efque d&rsquo;une puissance de 750 kWp a \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9 sur une surface de toit de 6 000 m\u00b2.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Schortens\/Barsinghausen) La succursale de Barsinghausen, situ\u00e9e directement \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;A2 avec un excellent acc\u00e8s routier, est l&rsquo;un des 40 sites logistiques du leader du march\u00e9 en logistique de cong\u00e9lation. Le site actuel du HUB a \u00e9t\u00e9 acquis en 2003 par l&rsquo;achat de l&rsquo;AGROHANDEL pour NORDFROST. Depuis, cette derni\u00e8re maintient ici des capacit\u00e9s de stockage dans toutes les gammes de temp\u00e9rature sous un m\u00eame toit pour divers besoins clients (surgel\u00e9s -22\u00b0 C \/ temp\u00e9rature positive 0\u00b0 C \u00e0 +18\u00b0 C \/ sec), r\u00e9parties jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent sur environ 10 000 emplacements de palettes dans le secteur des produits surgel\u00e9s et pr\u00e8s de 4 000 m\u00b2 d&rsquo;espace de stockage dans les secteurs frais et secs.<\/p>\n<p>Avec le projet de construction lanc\u00e9 en octobre 2020 sur une surface d&rsquo;extension d&rsquo;environ 9 300 m\u00b2, la capacit\u00e9 de stockage des produits surgel\u00e9s de la chambre froide de Barsinghausen a \u00e9t\u00e9 tripl\u00e9e gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une extension, atteignant un total de 30 000 emplacements de palettes. Parall\u00e8lement, la surface de stockage pour les produits frais est \u00e9tendue \u00e0 pr\u00e8s de 1 000 m\u00b2.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce aux g\u00e9n\u00e9reuses surfaces de pr\u00e9paration des produits surgel\u00e9s derri\u00e8re 14 nouvelles portes de chargement, qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9es dans le cadre de ces travaux, le carrefour logistique pour le processus de transport dispose d\u00e9sormais de meilleures possibilit\u00e9s en termes de volume de transbordement et de flexibilit\u00e9. Dirk Stadler, directeur de la succursale NORDFROST \u00e0 Barsinghausen, se r\u00e9jouit \u00e9galement du nouveau b\u00e2timent administratif moderne et ajoute : \u00ab L&rsquo;int\u00e9gration du syst\u00e8me de portail de cour permet \u00e9galement des trajets courts et rapides, et notre fonctionnement en 3 \u00e9quipes garantit une disponibilit\u00e9 maximale des marchandises. \u00bb Des offres optimis\u00e9es en mati\u00e8re de stockage et de transport ont \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9es ici pour les clients du secteur alimentaire, et divers services \u00e0 valeur ajout\u00e9e selon les besoins des clients, tels que la pr\u00e9paration de commandes, le conditionnement et la construction d&rsquo;affichages, compl\u00e8tent le spectre des services.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Une forte demande dans le secteur du transport<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Dr. Falk Bartels, pr\u00e9sident de la direction du groupe familial NORDFROST, consid\u00e8re l&rsquo;extension du carrefour logistique dans la r\u00e9gion de Hanovre comme une \u00e9tape importante pour renforcer le r\u00e9seau logistique de transport national de l&rsquo;entreprise, qui livre notamment des produits surgel\u00e9s de toutes tailles d&rsquo;envoi \u00e0 divers destinataires tels que des magasins de d\u00e9tail, des \u00e9tablissements de restauration, des boulangeries ou des stations-service. \u00ab Compte tenu de la haute qualit\u00e9 que nous offrons \u00e0 nos clients, notre secteur du transport conna\u00eet une forte demande. Pour y r\u00e9pondre, nous augmentons progressivement nos capacit\u00e9s de transbordement. Apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;ouverture du nouveau HUB NRW \u00e0 Herne au printemps dernier, l&rsquo;extension de Barsinghausen est la prochaine \u00e9tape importante sur ce chemin. \u00bb<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Surface de toit \u00e9quip\u00e9e de photovolta\u00efque<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Dr. Bartels ajoute : \u00ab Nous sommes \u00e9galement ravis d&rsquo;utiliser pour la premi\u00e8re fois l&rsquo;int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 de la surface de toit appropri\u00e9e pour la production d&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 par photovolta\u00efque lors de cette extension.
