Cela vaut \u00e9galement pour le transport combin\u00e9 (TC), o\u00f9 diff\u00e9rents acteurs sont impliqu\u00e9s tout au long de la cha\u00eene de transport et o\u00f9 divers param\u00e8tres techniques doivent \u00eatre pris en compte. En raison de cela, les exp\u00e9diteurs n&rsquo;ont souvent pas une vue d&rsquo;ensemble compl\u00e8te des relations sur lesquelles ils pourraient d\u00e9j\u00e0 utiliser le rail respectueux du climat. Inversement, il existe un manque de transparence du c\u00f4t\u00e9 des fournisseurs concernant les transports des exp\u00e9diteurs qui ont le potentiel de cr\u00e9er de nouvelles connexions ferroviaires.<\/p>\n<h5>Aucune concurrence avec les op\u00e9rateurs \u00e9tablis<\/h5>\n<p>Pour combler cette lacune, l&rsquo;initiative shift2030, en collaboration avec la start-up IT digi-trust.EU, a lanc\u00e9 l&rsquo;action MATCH2RAIL. Les exp\u00e9diteurs peuvent y charger facilement leurs flux de transport actuels et pr\u00e9vus (de porte \u00e0 porte) dans une base de donn\u00e9es et obtenir une correspondance avec les connexions existantes dans le transport combin\u00e9. \u00ab\u00a0Avec MATCH2RAIL, nous montrons \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie exp\u00e9ditrice de mani\u00e8re claire et compr\u00e9hensible sur quelles relations elle peut d\u00e9j\u00e0 utiliser le rail de mani\u00e8re avantageuse et ainsi contribuer activement \u00e0 la protection du climat. En m\u00eame temps, nous regroupons des volumes d&rsquo;envois pour lesquels il n&rsquo;existe pas encore d&rsquo;offre attrayante sur le rail et formons ainsi des &lsquo;Trains Virtuels&rsquo; pour \u00e9tablir de nouvelles connexions\u00a0\u00bb, d\u00e9clare Sebastian Ruckes, membre du conseil d&rsquo;administration de l&rsquo;initiative shift2030.<\/p>\n<p>Il ne s&rsquo;agit pas de cr\u00e9er une concurrence avec les op\u00e9rateurs \u00e9tablis et les transporteurs intermodaux dans le transport combin\u00e9, qui remplissent d\u00e9j\u00e0 partiellement cette fonction aujourd&rsquo;hui. Cela doit plut\u00f4t \u00eatre compris comme un compl\u00e9ment. Ruckes \u00e0 ce sujet : \u00ab\u00a0L&rsquo;offre MATCH2RAIL s&rsquo;adresse en particulier aux exp\u00e9diteurs qui ne sont pas encore sur le rail aujourd&rsquo;hui. Ainsi, nous pouvons transf\u00e9rer des transports suppl\u00e9mentaires de la route vers le rail.
