Polyvalent, cette \u00e9volution de la version classique du chariot d&rsquo;angle, avec une capacit\u00e9 de charge allant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 2 500 kilogrammes, transporte m\u00eame les marchandises les plus lourdes.<\/p>\n<p>(Bielefeld) \u00ab \u00c0 partir d&rsquo;un certain poids, il n&rsquo;est ni sens\u00e9 ni raisonnable de d\u00e9placer des marchandises manuellement. Il faut alors des solutions de flux de mat\u00e9riaux all\u00e9geantes. Dans ce contexte, nous fabriquons depuis plus de 60 ans des composants de technique de transport sur mesure, comme le chariot d&rsquo;angle \u00e0 rouleaux \u00e0 billes, qui peuvent \u00eatre combin\u00e9s en syst\u00e8mes adapt\u00e9s \u00bb, d\u00e9clare Tim Hallau, chef de produit de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 TORWEGGE GmbH &amp; Co. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration de rails \u00e0 rouleaux de palettes et de rouleaux \u00e0 billes, il est \u00e9galement possible de passer d&rsquo;un transport transversal \u00e0 un transport longitudinal.<\/p>\n<p>Lors du d\u00e9veloppement, TORWEGGE collabore \u00e9troitement avec ses clients. \u00ab Pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins individuels, nous examinons de pr\u00e8s \u00e0 quelles fins la solution est n\u00e9cessaire \u00bb, explique Hallau. C&rsquo;est \u00e9galement le cas lors du d\u00e9veloppement du prototype d&rsquo;un chariot d&rsquo;angle \u00e0 rouleaux \u00e0 billes pour un client de l&rsquo;industrie du meuble. En raison des pieds des caisses en treillis dans lesquelles les marchandises sont transport\u00e9es, les rouleaux omnidirectionnels (AWR) \u00e9taient inadapt\u00e9s. TORWEGGE a alors con\u00e7u une solution avec un support de rouleaux \u00e0 billes, dans lequel 15 rouleaux \u00e0 billes sont log\u00e9s. Selon le cas d&rsquo;application, des rouleaux \u00e0 billes peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre install\u00e9s en diff\u00e9rentes tailles.
