Des transports d&rsquo;aide viennent de toute l&rsquo;Allemagne et m\u00eame de l&rsquo;\u00e9tranger voisin pour soutenir les personnes dans les zones inond\u00e9es de Rh\u00e9nanie-Palatinat et de Rh\u00e9nanie-du-Nord-Westphalie avec des dons mat\u00e9riels, des machines, etc.<\/p>\n<p>(Francfort-sur-le-Main) Ces transports d&rsquo;aide peuvent \u00eatre effectu\u00e9s sans p\u00e9age routier selon les directives de l&rsquo;Office f\u00e9d\u00e9ral des transports de marchandises \u00e0 Cologne :<\/p>\n<p>Condition 1 : Un appel des villes, communes, pompiers, associations, organisations d&rsquo;aide, etc. pour des dons alimentaires et mat\u00e9riels pour la population des r\u00e9gions touch\u00e9es a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Condition 2 : Les dons alimentaires et mat\u00e9riels sont livr\u00e9s \u00e0 des points de collecte et de distribution qui les distribuent \u00e0 la population touch\u00e9e \u00e0 des fins d&rsquo;utilit\u00e9 publique ou de bienfaisance.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>La distribution doit se faire par des points de collecte<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Important : Dans la mesure o\u00f9 il s&rsquo;agit de livraisons d&rsquo;aide pour la population dans la zone de catastrophe en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral et non sp\u00e9cifiquement pour un groupe de personnes particulier (parents, amis, connaissances), il faut exceptionnellement consid\u00e9rer qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un but d&rsquo;utilit\u00e9 publique de l&rsquo;action d&rsquo;aide en cas de catastrophe, m\u00eame si celle-ci n&rsquo;est pas organis\u00e9e par une organisation \u00e0 but non lucratif ou de bienfaisance, mais uniquement de mani\u00e8re priv\u00e9e. Toutefois, il est n\u00e9cessaire que la distribution des biens d&rsquo;aide \u00e0 la population dans le besoin se fasse par des points de collecte et de distribution qui r\u00e9alisent finalement l&rsquo;objectif d&rsquo;utilit\u00e9 publique ou de bienfaisance de la livraison humanitaire.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Liste des biens d&rsquo;aide \u00e0 emporter<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Il est recommand\u00e9 de garder dans le v\u00e9hicule une liste des biens humanitaires charg\u00e9s (aliments, articles d&rsquo;hygi\u00e8ne, v\u00eatements, couvertures, meubles, etc.) et du point de collecte\/distribution.<\/p>\n<p>Les trajets \u00e0 vide directement li\u00e9s \u00e0 ces transports (par exemple, le retour \u00e0 vide au si\u00e8ge de l&rsquo;entreprise qui a mis le camion \u00e0 disposition pour le transport d&rsquo;aide) sont \u00e9galement exempt\u00e9s de p\u00e9age.<\/p>\n<p>Les trajets pr\u00e9paratoires, tels que les collectes de dons alimentaires et mat\u00e9riels avant le v\u00e9ritable transport d&rsquo;aide vers le point de collecte et de distribution dans la r\u00e9gion sinistr\u00e9e, ne sont pas exempt\u00e9s de p\u00e9age.<\/p>\n<p>Photo : \u00a9 Loginfo24\/Adobe Stock<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La BAG et le BGL informent sur les conditions d&rsquo;exemption de p\u00e9age.
