Birke, directeur depuis 2019 du d\u00e9partement \u00ab\u00a0Port et Innovation\u00a0\u00bb de l&rsquo;autorit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique et d&rsquo;innovation de Hambourg, a re\u00e7u le 18.01.2022, en compagnie de Marieke M\u00fcller, conseill\u00e8re sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e en science, innovation et durabilit\u00e9 dans la logistique, des exemplaires imprim\u00e9s de l&rsquo;\u00e9tude de 70 pages \u00ab\u00a0Besoins en infrastructure des v\u00e9los cargo, en particulier pour leur utilisation dans la logistique du dernier kilom\u00e8tre\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9tude a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en 2021 sous la direction de l&rsquo;agence de transition des transports cargobike.jetzt, en collaboration avec l&rsquo;Institut de logistique et de technologie des flux de mat\u00e9riaux de l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 Otto von Guericke de Magdebourg (sous la direction du Dr.-Ing. Tom Assmann), le centre d&rsquo;expertise en transport de l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 de Wuppertal et le conseil en dernier kilom\u00e8tre first mile. Le \u00ab\u00a0catalogue de mesures et guide pour un concept d&rsquo;infrastructure modulaire pour v\u00e9los cargo\u00a0\u00bb occupe \u00e0 lui seul environ 20 pages. Les domaines \u00e9tudi\u00e9s comprennent notamment la ville (Jungfernstieg et rues adjacentes), Ottensen (Ottensener Hauptstra\u00dfe + rues nord et sud) ainsi que Harburg (au nord et au sud de la Marienstra\u00dfe). Pour ces zones d&rsquo;\u00e9tude, des calculs de besoins pour les zones de chargement de v\u00e9los cargo et de v\u00e9hicules \u00e0 moteur ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<h5>D\u00e9veloppement de l&rsquo;infrastructure pour v\u00e9los cargo n\u00e9cessaire<\/h5>\n<p>Les experts arrivent notamment \u00e0 la conclusion suivante : \u00ab\u00a0Si l&rsquo;objectif de la ville de r\u00e9duire de 40 % les \u00e9missions de CO2 dues aux services de messagerie, d&rsquo;exp\u00e9dition et de colis d&rsquo;ici 2030 par rapport \u00e0 2017 et de livrer \u00e0 ce moment-l\u00e0 au moins 25 % des envois avec des moyens de transport alternatifs tels que les v\u00e9los cargo doit \u00eatre mis en \u0153uvre avec succ\u00e8s, cela n\u00e9cessite un d\u00e9veloppement substantiel de l&rsquo;infrastructure pour v\u00e9los cargo.
