Le d\u00e9m\u00e9nagement progressif de la production ultramoderne, y compris les laboratoires et postes de travail associ\u00e9s, a dur\u00e9 neuf mois et a \u00e9t\u00e9 planifi\u00e9 et r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en collaboration avec le d\u00e9m\u00e9nageur Harder Logistics de Neu-Ulm.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Neu-Ulm\/Bad Camberg) \u00ab Nous avons pu terminer le projet, dont les premi\u00e8res planifications ont commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 mi-2019, exactement selon le calendrier pr\u00e9vu. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la collaboration \u00e9troite et efficace avec BRITA, nous avons r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 respecter les d\u00e9lais m\u00eame dans les conditions de pand\u00e9mie \u00bb, r\u00e9sume Hermann Allgaier, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Harder Logistics.<\/p>\n<p>Au total, le d\u00e9m\u00e9nageur a d\u00e9mont\u00e9 15 lignes de fabrication et de production \u00e0 Taunusstein, les a transport\u00e9es \u00e0 Bad Camberg, situ\u00e9 \u00e0 25 km, et les a ensuite reconstruites dans le nouveau site de production. L&rsquo;installation d\u00e9mont\u00e9e en Suisse a \u00e9t\u00e9 stock\u00e9e chez Harder Logistics \u00e0 Neu-Ulm et livr\u00e9e juste \u00e0 temps au nouveau site. Le v\u00e9ritable d\u00e9fi du projet pour Allgaier \u00e9tait que le d\u00e9m\u00e9nagement a eu lieu pendant la production en cours, et que seule la ligne de fabrication ou de production concern\u00e9e \u00e9tait arr\u00eat\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab L&rsquo;effort de planification a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9norme. Pendant plus d&rsquo;un an, nous avons d\u00e9fini chaque \u00e9tape avec BRITA \u00e0 la semaine pr\u00e8s. Tous les participants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 coordonn\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ce que l&rsquo;arr\u00eat de production soit aussi court que possible. Cela signifiait des fen\u00eatres de temps tr\u00e8s courtes pour les diff\u00e9rents acteurs \u00bb, pr\u00e9cise Allgaier.<\/p>\n<p>Le nouveau site de production de BRITA est situ\u00e9 dans la zone industrielle \u00ab\u00a0Im Gr\u00fcndchen II\u00a0\u00bb, pr\u00e8s de la sortie d&rsquo;autoroute A3. Sur le terrain de 38 000 m\u00b2, une production ultramoderne, y compris les laboratoires associ\u00e9s, a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e avec environ 100 postes de travail.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Au moins cinq employ\u00e9s sur place en permanence<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Les \u00e9tapes du d\u00e9m\u00e9nagement ont dur\u00e9 entre quatre et 30 jours, selon la taille et la complexit\u00e9 de chaque ligne de production. Les premiers d\u00e9m\u00e9nagements ont commenc\u00e9 peu apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;ach\u00e8vement de la structure brute et les travaux sur place se sont d\u00e9roul\u00e9s en parall\u00e8le avec divers autres corps de m\u00e9tier. L&rsquo;\u00e9quipe de Harder Logistics pr\u00e9sente \u00e0 Bad Camberg \u00e9tait compos\u00e9e en permanence d&rsquo;au moins cinq employ\u00e9s.
