L&rsquo;objectif principal est de renforcer les options d&rsquo;offre pour les clients.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(K\u00f6ln) Au cours de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2021, cette \u00e9tape d&rsquo;int\u00e9gration avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9par\u00e9e par des changements dans les directions de la HGK Dry Shipping GmbH, de la HTAG ainsi que de la Neska Schiffahrts- und Speditionskontor GmbH. Maintenant, \u00e0 la fin de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2022, les secteurs d&rsquo;activit\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0Armement \/ Affr\u00e8tement\u00a0\u00bb et \u00ab\u00a0Ports \/ Manutention\u00a0\u00bb seront transf\u00e9r\u00e9s aux soci\u00e9t\u00e9s d&rsquo;accueil HGK Dry Shipping et Neska. Ainsi, la direction de la HGK Dry Shipping a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9largie sous la direction du PDG de HGK Shipping, Steffen Bauer, avec Andreas Lemme et Joachim Holstein. M. Holstein a quitt\u00e9 le conseil d&rsquo;administration de la HTAG dans ce cadre.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 la HTAG, le membre du conseil Volker Seefeldt a d\u00e9missionn\u00e9 de son mandat le 30 septembre 2021.
