Le SHS d\u00e9veloppera cette surface bien reli\u00e9e aux modes de transport maritime, ferroviaire et routier et cherchera \u00e0 la commercialiser principalement aupr\u00e8s de l&rsquo;industrie de transformation.<\/p>\n<p>(Stralsund) \u00c0 compter du 01.03.2021, le port de Stralsund (SHS) est devenu propri\u00e9taire d&rsquo;une surface pr\u00eate \u00e0 construire dans la partie op\u00e9rationnelle \u00ab\u00a0Frankenhafen\u00a0\u00bb, la zone d&rsquo;extension potentielle sur le site traditionnel du port universel en Pom\u00e9ranie. La s\u00e9curisation et la liaison des transbordements par la production derri\u00e8re le quai et la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de services logistiques maritimes et terrestres qui en d\u00e9coule est la grande motivation avec laquelle l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe du port de Stralsund d\u00e9veloppera \u00e0 l&rsquo;avenir la zone d&rsquo;environ 28.000 m\u00b2 dans la zone de raccordement sud des installations des MV Werften Stralsund.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Id\u00e9alement reli\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;arri\u00e8re-pays<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un v\u00e9ritable morceau de choix imm\u00e9diatement derri\u00e8re le poste d&rsquo;amarrage 36, selon le directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral S\u00f6ren Jurrat, qui est accessible de mani\u00e8re multimodale : la situation au bord de l&rsquo;eau profonde pour les navires de mer est compl\u00e9t\u00e9e par la possibilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s par voie navigable int\u00e9rieure, par chemin de fer et par camion. En particulier, le port mise sur l&rsquo;utilisation des surfaces par l&rsquo;industrie de transformation avec un transport ferroviaire en amont et en aval des marchandises, pour lequel les meilleures conditions ont \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9es avec le projet d&rsquo;infrastructure r\u00e9cemment achev\u00e9 sur le site, la \u00ab\u00a0connexion ferroviaire du Frankenhafen\u00a0\u00bb au r\u00e9seau interr\u00e9gional de la DB AG. Des discussions intensives sur une utilisation sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 en cours avec des repr\u00e9sentants de divers secteurs \u00e9conomiques.
