Quatre nouveaux employ\u00e9s sont op\u00e9rationnels et strat\u00e9giques pour les clients apr\u00e8s la r\u00e9alisation des projets. Le service client est \u00e9galement disponible pour les entreprises disposant d&rsquo;une solution SAP qui n&rsquo;a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 mise en \u0153uvre par SWAN.<\/p>\n<p>(Augsbourg) Dans le support du cycle de vie client de SWAN, des consultants SAP EWAM et des d\u00e9veloppeurs SAP EWM collaborent via des voies de communication courtes pour offrir la meilleure solution possible aux clients. Au d\u00e9marrage du projet, ils fournissent un service de ramp-up sur mesure, un concept de formation individuel pour tous les groupes d&#8217;employ\u00e9s et le paquet de service appropri\u00e9 sur site. Ils analysent les causes des probl\u00e8mes, optimisent les installations et les processus SAP en aidant les clients de mani\u00e8re professionnelle \u00e0 faire \u00e9voluer leur logistique d&rsquo;entreprise. Dans un premier temps, cela se fait rapidement par t\u00e9l\u00e9phone ou par e-mail, et r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement en personne sur site. Afin de continuer \u00e0 offrir le service professionnel conform\u00e9ment aux normes de SWAN dans toute sa mesure et \u00e0 tous les int\u00e9ress\u00e9s, l&rsquo;expert SAP \u00e9largit \u00e0 nouveau son \u00e9quipe Helpdesk.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Les experts connaissent les syst\u00e8mes et installations des clients<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Au lieu d&rsquo;un centre d&rsquo;appels avec redirection \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tranger, des experts germanophones et anglophones travaillent dans le support du cycle de vie client de SWAN en permanence 24 heures sur 24. Ils connaissent les syst\u00e8mes et installations des clients, les interlocuteurs respectifs et tous les processus logistiques sp\u00e9cifiques, ce qui leur permet d&rsquo;apporter une aide rapide et efficace. \u00ab\u00a0Nous ne consid\u00e9rons jamais les projets et les processus logistiques comme d\u00e9finitifs et cl\u00e9s en main, mais plut\u00f4t comme \u00e9tant en constante \u00e9volution et n\u00e9cessitant une optimisation continue.
