La distance n&rsquo;\u00e9tait que de 800 m\u00e8tres, mais la t\u00e2che \u00e9tait difficile, car il s&rsquo;agissait de grandes pi\u00e8ces \u00e0 transporter d&rsquo;un hall de production au port voisin pour \u00eatre charg\u00e9es sur un navire \u00e0 destination de la Russie.<\/p>\n<p>(Moers; Haren\/Ems) Au total, 6 grands \u00e9changeurs de chaleur pour deux installations de liqu\u00e9faction de gaz, destin\u00e9s \u00e0 la Russie, devaient \u00eatre transport\u00e9s par le groupe KAHL de la halle de production pr\u00e8s du port jusqu&rsquo;au navire de transport. Apr\u00e8s des mois de pr\u00e9paration, les pi\u00e8ces individuelles avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 transf\u00e9r\u00e9es de diff\u00e9rents sites de production \u00e0 l&rsquo;entreprise Barlage \u00e0 Haren sur l&rsquo;Ems. Sur ce site, les pi\u00e8ces ont \u00e9t\u00e9 assembl\u00e9es dans un grand hall de production et compl\u00e9t\u00e9es en \u00e9normes \u00e9changeurs de chaleur. Les \u00e9changeurs de chaleur comprenaient deux refroidisseurs pesant chacun 658 t, mesurant 46,33 x 6,22 x 7,32 m (LxBxH), deux refroidisseurs pesant 429 t, mesurant 29,06 x 5,58 x 7,53 m (LxBxH), et deux refroidisseurs pesant 466 t, mesurant 32,25 x 6,42 x 6,95 m (LxBxH).<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Grands d\u00e9fis en raison des conditions d&rsquo;espace<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Le groupe KAHL avait maintenant la t\u00e2che de transporter les \u00e9changeurs de chaleur de la halle de production jusqu&rsquo;au point de chargement au bassin du port avec son \u00e9quipement de transport lourd. Deux grues lourdes (LR 1600) attendaient pour soulever les \u00e9changeurs de chaleur dans la cale du bateau int\u00e9rieur. Bien que la distance de transport ne soit que d&rsquo;environ 800 m, les d\u00e9fis \u00e9taient \u00e9normes en raison des conditions d&rsquo;espace restreint, car l&rsquo;ensemble du bassin du port devait \u00eatre contourn\u00e9.Pour le refroidisseur pesant environ 658 t, l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe de transport a utilis\u00e9 ses modules de transport lourd Goldhofer \u00e9prouv\u00e9s. Dans la configuration en remorque avec 2 x 12 lignes d&rsquo;essieu PST\/SL-E P(1+1\/2), le colosse a \u00e9t\u00e9 soulev\u00e9 hydrauliquement sans aide d&rsquo;une grue ext\u00e9rieure. La combinaison de v\u00e9hicules P(1+1\/2) est une version dite split. Dans ce cas, un module de v\u00e9hicule est divis\u00e9 longitudinalement et coupl\u00e9 parall\u00e8lement \u00e0 un autre module. Cela offre d&rsquo;une part une stabilit\u00e9 nettement meilleure qu&rsquo;un v\u00e9hicule de largeur simple et d&rsquo;autre part n\u00e9cessite moins d&rsquo;espace pour man\u0153uvrer que la version P(1+1) de double largeur. Le 12 essieux respectif \u00e9tait entra\u00een\u00e9 par un puissant Powerpack de 490 ch. Comme les 658 t \u00e9taient fix\u00e9es sur les deux v\u00e9hicules autonomes d&rsquo;une capacit\u00e9 d&rsquo;un et demi, cela relevait d\u00e9j\u00e0 d&rsquo;un exploit de r\u00e9ussir \u00e0 passer les trois virages \u00e0 90\u00b0 d&rsquo;une longueur totale de plus de 50 m et d&rsquo;une largeur de charge de 6,43 m.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Quelques man\u0153uvres de man\u0153uvre n\u00e9cessaires<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Quelques obstacles fixes (installations de silo, murs, lampadaires, etc.) ainsi que des composants de construction stationn\u00e9s ont contraint les sp\u00e9cialistes \u00e0 effectuer quelques man\u0153uvres de man\u0153uvre. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la direction \u00e9lectronique de tous les essieux, l&rsquo;ensemble du convoi a pu passer lentement \u00e0 travers les passages \u00e9troits.Que de tels transports puissent \u00e9galement \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9s sans plateau tournant (qui offre l&rsquo;avantage d&rsquo;une stabilit\u00e9 de basculement nettement meilleure) n\u00e9cessite un travail pr\u00e9paratoire minutieux et beaucoup d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience en transport, que l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe de transport bien rod\u00e9e de KAHL et PIEPER prouve chaque jour. Malgr\u00e9 les difficult\u00e9s, le calendrier a \u00e9t\u00e9 respect\u00e9 et le bateau int\u00e9rieur a pu respecter son emploi du temps pr\u00e9vu.
