KG, appartenant au groupe HGK, et le fabricant de PVC Vinnolit GmbH &amp; Co. KG poursuivent leur collaboration de longue date. Le contrat comprend la livraison de sel gemme aux installations de production de Vinnolit \u00e0 H\u00fcrth-Knapsack. Pour cela, RheinCargo a construit un nouvel entrep\u00f4t de sel dans le port de Cologne-Godorf et a acquis 28 wagons sp\u00e9ciaux pour le transport de sel.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>(K\u00f6ln\/Neuss) Le prestataire logistique RheinCargo et le principal fournisseur europ\u00e9en de PVC Vinnolit ont convenu d&rsquo;\u00e9largir leur partenariat de longue date. Un nouveau contrat \u00e0 long terme souligne le souhait mutuel de continuit\u00e9. Afin de permettre une expansion de la collaboration, RheinCargo a construit un nouvel entrep\u00f4t de sel dans le port de Cologne-Godorf et a acquis un total de 28 wagons sp\u00e9ciaux pour le transport de sel.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Nous sommes tr\u00e8s heureux de pouvoir poursuivre notre collaboration de longue date avec Vinnolit. La longue dur\u00e9e du nouveau contrat offre aux deux partenaires un haut degr\u00e9 de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de planification. Nos investissements dans les wagons et l&rsquo;entrep\u00f4t de sel sont donc tr\u00e8s bien plac\u00e9s\u00a0\u00bb, expliquent les deux directeurs de RheinCargo, Wolfgang Birlin et Jan S\u00f6nke Eckel.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Transport de sel gemme vers les installations de production<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Le contrat comprend le transport de sel gemme vers les installations de production de Vinnolit \u00e0 H\u00fcrth-Knapsack. De plus, RheinCargo transporte pour Vinnolit de la soude caustique par chemin de fer. Afin de pouvoir manipuler et transporter de plus grandes quantit\u00e9s, RheinCargo a construit et mis en service un entrep\u00f4t de sel sp\u00e9cialement sur le site portuaire de Godorf. \u00ab\u00a0Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la construction de cet entrep\u00f4t sec sp\u00e9cial, nous avons pu r\u00e9pondre aux exigences de stockage interm\u00e9diaire du sel gemme et ainsi augmenter la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 d&rsquo;approvisionnement de notre client dans le cadre d&rsquo;un concept de transport durable\u00a0\u00bb, explique Lukas Klippel, directeur des ventes en logistique portuaire de RheinCargo.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-8653 \" src=\"https:\/\/transportjournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2025\/12\/Rheincargo_22.1.21_2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"765\" height=\"490\" \/> L&rsquo;un des 28 nouveaux wagons de transport de sel de RheinCargo pour Vinnolit<\/caption>\n<p>En d\u00e9cembre, 28 nouveaux wagons sp\u00e9ciaux ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 livr\u00e9s. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ces investissements, il est d\u00e9sormais possible d&rsquo;augmenter encore le volume de manutention et de transport de sel gemme via le port de Cologne-Godorf et de le traiter par le biais du chemin de fer. Cela permet d&rsquo;\u00e9viter les trajets en camion, ce qui entra\u00eene une r\u00e9duction significative des \u00e9missions de CO2 et, par cons\u00e9quent, une protection durable de l&rsquo;environnement.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>10 tonnes de charge suppl\u00e9mentaire par wagon<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>En \u00e9troite collaboration avec Vinnolit, les wagons ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s, sp\u00e9cialement \u00e9quip\u00e9s pour le transport de sel. Les mod\u00e8les peints en noir ont \u00e9t\u00e9 fabriqu\u00e9s et livr\u00e9s par le fabricant On Rail, qui fabrique des wagons sp\u00e9ciaux selon des exigences particuli\u00e8res des clients. L&rsquo;innovation principale r\u00e9side dans un nouveau ch\u00e2ssis \u00e9quip\u00e9 d&rsquo;une suspension en caoutchouc, ce qui emp\u00eache la rouille. La construction fonctionne de mani\u00e8re extr\u00eamement silencieuse, ce qui permet de respecter largement les nouvelles limites de bruit pour les nouveaux wagons de marchandises.<\/p>\n<p>Par rapport aux wagons pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents, les nouveaux mod\u00e8les pr\u00e9sentent une limite de charge sup\u00e9rieure d&rsquo;environ 10 tonnes.
