Depuis octobre, trois lignes d&rsquo;assistance pour les Berliner Verkehrsbetriebe BVG, le plus grand op\u00e9rateur de transport public municipal d&rsquo;Allemagne, sont g\u00e9r\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>(Bamberg\/Berlin) Pour les Berliner Verkehrsbetriebe, Rhenus :people! s&rsquo;occupe depuis d\u00e9but octobre, en plus de la ligne d&rsquo;assistance pour les horaires, de l&rsquo;assistance t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique pour le bureau des objets trouv\u00e9s ainsi que d&rsquo;une ligne d&rsquo;assistance sp\u00e9ciale pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Chaque ann\u00e9e, environ 175 000 appels seront d\u00e9sormais trait\u00e9s. Les employ\u00e9s de Rhenus :people! fournissent \u00e9galement des informations sur l&rsquo;utilisation des applications BVG.
