Comme le rapporte la place de march\u00e9 en ligne de Fribourg, Cargoclix, fournisseur du syst\u00e8me de gestion de cr\u00e9neaux modulaires SLOT, les chiffres de r\u00e9servation au cours des trois premi\u00e8res semaines de confinement en novembre \u00e9taient presque au niveau de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente dans les secteurs alimentaire et automobile. Cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 par une analyse interne.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Lors du premier confinement, tout \u00e9tait diff\u00e9rent<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>La situation \u00e9tait compl\u00e8tement diff\u00e9rente lors du premier confinement fin mars. Selon l&rsquo;analyse, les fabricants et les commer\u00e7ants de produits alimentaires et de boissons avaient r\u00e9serv\u00e9 21 % de cr\u00e9neaux de plus pour le chargement et le d\u00e9chargement de camions durant la derni\u00e8re semaine de mars par rapport \u00e0 la derni\u00e8re semaine de f\u00e9vrier, r\u00e9agissant ainsi aux soi-disant achats de panique. En revanche, les cha\u00eenes d&rsquo;approvisionnement des fabricants automobiles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 sensiblement perturb\u00e9es par le coronavirus. Pendant le confinement de la premi\u00e8re semaine d&rsquo;avril, selon Cargoclix, presque 50 % de cr\u00e9neaux de moins ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9serv\u00e9s dans ce secteur par rapport \u00e0 la derni\u00e8re semaine de f\u00e9vrier \u2013 certaines entreprises n&rsquo;ont m\u00eame r\u00e9serv\u00e9 aucun cr\u00e9neau durant cette p\u00e9riode. Pour la collecte des donn\u00e9es, Cargoclix a \u00e9valu\u00e9 les chiffres de r\u00e9servation d&rsquo;environ 30 entreprises par segment.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Prolongation de l&rsquo;intervention de la Task Force<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Pour que les op\u00e9rateurs de quais puissent se pr\u00e9parer aux cons\u00e9quences de possibles nouvelles restrictions dans les mois \u00e0 venir, Cargoclix a prolong\u00e9 l&rsquo;intervention de sa Task Force jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 nouvel ordre. Elle veille \u00e0 ce que le syst\u00e8me de gestion de cr\u00e9neaux modulaires puisse \u00eatre install\u00e9 en 24 heures. L&rsquo;installation est gratuite, \u00e0 condition qu&rsquo;aucune interface complexe ne doive \u00eatre programm\u00e9e. \u00ab\u00a0Celui qui organise bien le traitement \u00e0 ses quais et donc ses processus et l&rsquo;utilisation du personnel peut r\u00e9agir rapidement tant aux restrictions qu&rsquo;aux phases de forte activit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb, souligne le Prof. Dr. Victor Meier, associ\u00e9 consultant chez Cargoclix.
