Gr\u00e2ce au Customer Control Center connect\u00e9 \u00e0 la t\u00e9l\u00e9matique des v\u00e9hicules, l&rsquo;entreprise de transport souabe peut optimiser la pr\u00e9cision de ses processus nocturnes.<\/p>\n<p>(M\u00fchlacker) \u2013 L&rsquo;outil enregistre en temps r\u00e9el o\u00f9 se trouve un camion et contr\u00f4le automatiquement son itin\u00e9raire et son emploi du temps, de sorte que les employ\u00e9s de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe de nuit n&rsquo;ont besoin d&rsquo;intervenir qu&rsquo;en cas de d\u00e9viations. Les retards, par exemple en raison de bouchons ou de pannes, sont class\u00e9s dans un syst\u00e8me de feux tricolores et peuvent \u00eatre pr\u00e9vus \u00e0 la minute pr\u00e8s et communiqu\u00e9s aux clients. De plus, il est possible de contacter directement le conducteur via le logiciel.<\/p>\n<p>Les retours des clients jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent ont \u00e9t\u00e9 extr\u00eamement positifs. \u00ab Avec le Customer Control Center, les exp\u00e9diteurs b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient non seulement d&rsquo;une s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de planification accrue, mais peuvent \u00e9galement b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d&rsquo;une couverture d&rsquo;assurance \u00e9largie pour les marchandises \u00bb, d\u00e9clare Kurfi\u00df.
