Les CFF enverront ensuite, dans le cadre de ce qu&rsquo;on appelle l&rsquo;exploitation d&rsquo;essai, environ 4000 \u00e0 5000 trains avec des passagers ou des marchandises \u00e0 travers le tunnel, avant de mettre le tunnel en service r\u00e9gulier en d\u00e9cembre 2020.<\/p>\n<p>(Berne) Le transfert l\u00e9gal de l&rsquo;AlpTransit Gotthard AG (ATG) aux CFF marque le d\u00e9but des c\u00e9l\u00e9brations autour de l&rsquo;ouverture du tunnel de base du Ceneri et de l&rsquo;ach\u00e8vement des nouvelles travers\u00e9es ferroviaires alpines NEAT. Lors d&rsquo;une conf\u00e9rence de presse au portail nord \u00e0 Camorino (TI), des repr\u00e9sentants de l&rsquo;ATG, des CFF et de l&rsquo;Office f\u00e9d\u00e9ral des transports (OFT) ont inform\u00e9 sur l&rsquo;\u00e9tat actuel des travaux.<\/p>\n<h5>2&rsquo;000 essais de conduite<\/h5>\n<p>Dieter Schwank, PDG de l&rsquo;ATG, a inform\u00e9 sur les derniers travaux dans le tunnel de base du Ceneri ainsi que sur l&rsquo;\u00e9tat de l&rsquo;exploitation d&rsquo;essai. Du 1er mars 2020 \u00e0 fin ao\u00fbt 2020, plus de 2000 essais de conduite ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s avec une distance parcourue d&rsquo;environ 40&rsquo;000 km. Ces tests sont effectu\u00e9s sans passagers ni marchandises pour v\u00e9rifier le bon fonctionnement de toutes les installations et syst\u00e8mes dans le nouveau tunnel. En raison des impacts de la pand\u00e9mie de Corona, l&rsquo;exploitation d&rsquo;essai a d\u00fb \u00eatre interrompue pendant quatre semaines. Elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 reprise le 20 avril en respectant les directives de l&rsquo;Office f\u00e9d\u00e9ral de la sant\u00e9 publique. T\u00f4t le matin du 1er mai, un train d&rsquo;essai ICE-S a circul\u00e9 \u00e0 275 km\/h \u00e0 travers le tunnel.<\/p>\n<h5>Trois mois d&rsquo;exploitation d&rsquo;essai<\/h5>\n<p>Le responsable de l&rsquo;organisation de projet de l&rsquo;axe Nord-Sud Gotthard des CFF, Daniel Salzmann, a montr\u00e9 comment l&rsquo;exploitation ferroviaire sera progressivement augment\u00e9e apr\u00e8s le transfert du tunnel aux CFF dans le cadre de l&rsquo;exploitation d&rsquo;essai. Au total, 4000 \u00e0 5000 trajets de trains r\u00e9guliers avec des passagers ou des marchandises \u00e0 bord sont pr\u00e9vus \u00e0 travers le tunnel. Les CFF utilisent cette p\u00e9riode d&rsquo;exploitation d&rsquo;essai de plus de trois mois comme une \u00ab r\u00e9p\u00e9tition g\u00e9n\u00e9rale \u00bb avant le changement de horaire, afin de s&rsquo;exercer \u00e0 l&rsquo;exploitation, \u00e0 l&rsquo;entretien et \u00e0 l&rsquo;intervention.<\/p>\n<h5>C\u00e9l\u00e9bration d&rsquo;ouverture le 4 septembre 2020<\/h5>\n<p>Gregor Saladin, co-responsable du projet des c\u00e9l\u00e9brations pour l&rsquo;ach\u00e8vement de la NEAT (\u00ab Ceneri 2020 \u00bb) \u00e0 l&rsquo;OFT, a donn\u00e9 un aper\u00e7u des \u00e9v\u00e9nements des 3 et 4 septembre. Le 3 septembre, des d\u00e9l\u00e9gations des minist\u00e8res des Transports des pays voisins se r\u00e9uniront \u00e0 Locarno sur invitation de la pr\u00e9sidente de la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration Simonetta Sommaruga. Il s&rsquo;agit du transport ferroviaire de marchandises traversant les Alpes, des trains internationaux de passagers et d&rsquo;une politique de transport respectueuse de l&rsquo;environnement. Le 4 septembre, la c\u00e9l\u00e9bration de l&rsquo;ouverture du tunnel et de l&rsquo;ach\u00e8vement de la NEAT aura lieu. La pr\u00e9sidente de la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration Simonetta Sommaruga, le conseiller f\u00e9d\u00e9ral Ignazio Cassis et le pr\u00e9sident du Conseil d&rsquo;\u00c9tat tessinois Norman Gobbi prononceront des discours d&rsquo;ouverture. L&rsquo;ach\u00e8vement du tunnel sera marqu\u00e9 par la traditionnelle coupure de ruban.
