Cela vise \u00e0 ouvrir la voie \u00e0 un d\u00e9veloppement futur de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>(Neuss) Avec effet r\u00e9troactif au 1er janvier 2020, la Neuss-D\u00fcsseldorfer H\u00e4fen GmbH &amp; Co. KG (NDH) transf\u00e8re ses parts dans la Neuss Trimodal GmbH aux deux associ\u00e9s restants. La Deutsche Gesellschaft f\u00fcr kombinierten G\u00fcterverkehr mbH &amp; Co. KG (Kombiverkehr) d\u00e9tient ainsi 70 % des parts et Ambrogio GmbH 30 %. Les parts de l&rsquo;op\u00e9rateur de terminal de Neuss sont d\u00e9sormais enti\u00e8rement entre les mains des deux associ\u00e9s op\u00e9rationnels.<\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong>\u00ab Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la nouvelle structure, nous pouvons g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des affaires via nos associ\u00e9s op\u00e9rationnels, une constellation que nous consid\u00e9rons comme id\u00e9ale \u00bb, rapportent les deux directeurs de Neuss Trimodal, Karsten Scheidhauer et Daniel J\u00e4hn. \u00ab Avec cette vente, nous ouvrons la voie \u00e0 la poursuite du d\u00e9veloppement du terminal entre les mains de sp\u00e9cialistes op\u00e9rationnels du transport intermodal. Apr\u00e8s avoir transf\u00e9r\u00e9 notre activit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle \u00e0 notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de participation RheinCargo en 2012, la vente des parts de Neuss Trimodal est une nouvelle \u00e9tape de notre r\u00e9orientation strat\u00e9gique. Apr\u00e8s une longue et confiante collaboration, nous restons bien s\u00fbr li\u00e9s \u00e0 Neuss Trimodal en tant que propri\u00e9taire foncier du terminal \u00e0 conteneurs \u00bb, explique le directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de NDH, Sascha Odermatt.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Environ 250 000 conteneurs par an<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>La Neuss Trimodal GmbH, fond\u00e9e en 2004, exploite le terminal situ\u00e9 rue Tilsiter dans le port de Neuss. Sur une superficie d&rsquo;environ 88 000 m\u00e8tres carr\u00e9s, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 250 000 unit\u00e9s de chargement sont trait\u00e9es chaque ann\u00e9e. Une grande partie des volumes provient des ports de l&rsquo;Ouest Zeebrugge, Anvers et Rotterdam. Les volumes de conteneurs sont compl\u00e9t\u00e9s par des transports continentaux vers et depuis Vienne, Wels et Graz (Autriche) ; Budapest (Hongrie) ; Gallarate (Italie) ; Hefei (Chine) et une liaison de conteneurs \u00e0 haute fr\u00e9quence entre Frenkendorf\/Basel (Suisse) et Neuss. Tendance \u00e0 la hausse.<\/p>\n<p>Pour \u00eatre comp\u00e9titifs sur le plan national et international, les ports de Neuss-D\u00fcsseldorf ont investi environ 22 millions d&rsquo;euros ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es dans l&rsquo;expansion de l&rsquo;infrastructure de leurs terminaux \u00e0 conteneurs. En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, une \u00e9volution rapide du volume de marchandises est observ\u00e9e dans le transport de conteneurs. Depuis 1990, le taux de croissance annuel moyen est d&rsquo;environ dix pour cent. Les d\u00e9buts du transbordement de conteneurs dans le port de Neuss remontent \u00e0 1986 ; cette ann\u00e9e-l\u00e0, la NDH a construit le premier terminal et l&rsquo;a mis en service.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Ports de Neuss-D\u00fcsseldorf<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>La Neuss-D\u00fcsseldorfer H\u00e4fen GmbH &amp; Co. KG a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e en 2003 par la fusion des ports rh\u00e9nans de Neuss et de D\u00fcsseldorf, qui agissaient jusqu&rsquo;alors de mani\u00e8re ind\u00e9pendante. La fusion des deux sites, chacun \u00e2g\u00e9 de plus de 100 ans, a jet\u00e9 les bases du d\u00e9veloppement d&rsquo;un centre logistique trimodal moderne d&rsquo;une superficie totale de 500 hectares, avec 75 kilom\u00e8tres de r\u00e9seau ferroviaire et des ateliers de service pour v\u00e9hicules ferroviaires et \u00e9quipements de transbordement.
